Worst dunkin ever! The cashier lady is very rude and has attitude. I asked her for a donut and a chicken go wrap when I got my... donut I told her this wasn?t the one I ordered and told her which one it was and her response was ?you didn?t tell me that? andI?m still okay with that regardless of the attitude but she literally was just standing there and I told her ?well can youexchange it? so she went to exchange it. It took them about 10-14 min for my wrap to come out, luckily there was this nice youngmen that noticed I was waiting too long and decided to check on it and they hadn?t even started my order so he decided to startit for me. Dunking is suppose to be a quick in and out situation the only time I should really be waiting is in line. Theylooked understaffed because there?s a line forming to the door and they don?t have anyone taking care of customers at thecashier. They need to really upgrade this issues. Read more
The old man that works here is incredible rude. The guy was extremely rude to me when I was trying to ring up my order. I?ve... watched him kick teens out the restaurant that have already placed an order. Telling them to ?wait outside?. I?ve never seensomeone treat costumers so poorly. Old guy was very rude to the kids trying to order things . Had little to no respect for the kids . I have never witness such... attitude and disrespect from someone who suppose to be doing customer service . This location is on the ball with employees that LISTEN, which is key for getting customers orders correct. This location has... ample parking, both in front and in proximity, as well as handicap, if need be. It has been open about 2 years now. Since I'veadded the DD app on my phone, it's been a pleasure traveling to various DD's to use it. I actually prefer the taste of DD'scoffee too! Read more
Blueberry ice coffee with cream is the best EVER! Yes, I'm a Dunkin fan! I get super excited visiting family in Florida.
This is the century village Dunkin donuts as I like to call it. They are very nice and make a superb cafe latte. My only... complaint that takes away the 5th star, is that they shut down the espresso machine well before 9 o'clock. That's frustratingwhen you hustled your way over there before closing, only not to get your drink. But otherwise, it is a great gathering spot forthose of us that live right across the street. Very Friendly staff, coffee is always fresh, Staff always is polite and friendly to me. When I go in on an off-time, they will... let me know if the coffee is Fresh or, if I should wait for it to be made. I do think that they need more staff in the morningbecause there is always a long wait. The sitting area inside needs cleaning and as for the table and chairs outside, they needmore seating; another table and about 10 more chairs. Worst Dunkin? ever. The kids working there seemed to be on something. They got everything wrong in the order, worked extremely... slow and had zero desire to even move. I had to repeat myself three times and still they gave the donuts they wanted. Ispecifically asked for almond milk due to intolerance and when I asked if it was almond milk they didn?t know (or care) whatkind of milk they had used. I told them it was due to a lactose intolerance and they said they would have to do it again becausethey didn?t know what had gone in the coffee. Absolute horrible customer service.
