This is a wonderful area to come to to drink coffee and either inside or outside
I?ve waited and gave them the benefit after a couple of trips here before work. The coffee never comes out correct. Coffee... Always tastes like warm water..I don?t understand how they still are open. Maybe because they are the only Dunkin? in the area.The lady who works there is always quite nasty and always seems miserable to be working. Not a fan of this place or the people.Please do better and tell your staff to at least pretend to be happy and want to help your customers? Read more

Rude to healthcare workers. I arrived 15-20 min before closing time & asked for a latte. The two employees looked at each other... for a while, did some strange eye movements with their hand covering their face thinking I wouldnt notice & then said "oh nosorry we already cleaned the machine". Couldnt help out a tired healthcare worker and just make me my preferred drink whendespite being exhausted I was still being nice to you? I get your tired too, but think about it.
