The woman who delivers the food is the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. I will definitely not return to this place.

Unfortunately there was a new employee taking care of my order so it looks like he either overcharged me or undercharged me I... didn't get any whipped cream on my drinks and then I would guess he was the manager it was very rude to the employee which ofcourse that attitude radiated towards me. The staff at this location rarely can be bothered to get off their phones. The last time I went they informed me they were out... of decaf espresso only after I waited for several minutes and then confessed that they didn't know how to refund my money. Read more
