What an amazing night.. went to have dinner at Dorsias. Totally speechless about the delicious food and outstanding service. We... had the pleasure to meet Chris the owners son, a very nice young gentleman who recommended us a great bottle of wine and thebest beef ribs I ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed the sea urchin ceviche with a double martini which is all the rage these days, and even spotted Ivana Trump a... few tables away which was quite a surprise which leads me to believe your place is really a bee hive of activity these days.Although I do have a slight gripe as when my close friend and associate, Patrick, attempted to score a reservation at night waslaughed down by one of your rude receptionists. It was really hard to try and get a reservation at this place and I tried for months but with no luck. Then, my good friend Paul... Allen invited to dinner with him and it was amazing. The Sea Urchins were to die for and Paul really liked them as well. Sadly,Paul has been missing since and I hope that the authorities will locate him soon. Read more

I truly enjoyed the peanut butter soup with smoked duck and mashed squash, I thought it was a very playful but mysterious little... dish.
