Ordered out of laziness and ended up with the best pizza in the franchise?s history.
Friendly people but one time the delivery driver went to the wrong building was 45 minutes late and said my phone didn't work... and he was waiting outside for 30 min for me.. Haha yeah right. I go and pick it up myself now because delivery takes too long. Read more
The Haitian gentleman with glasses and beard working this afternoon on 08/15/2022 . Was exceptionally professional and kind and... welcoming. This man needs a raise and promotion. The delivery driver didn't follow my instructions, he brought me the wrong salad, and the cheesesteak sandwich was gross (see... the picture). They get 2 stars because of how quickly they refunded my money. Read more

I placed and paid for an order yesterday to have 6 pizzas delivered at noon to my son's school for a pizza party. When the... pizzas didn't show up, at 12:15 I called Domino's and had to go through their automated system and finally got transferred tosomeone at the store. I asked where the pizzas were and he said he thought the order was for tomorrow. I said no, they are fortoday and there are 20 kids that have no lunch that are waiting for their pizza party. He said both of his drivers were out andhe could not make the pizzas for me. He said he could have the pizzas for me the next day. I asked him if he is going to givethem to me tomorrow for free as that is no help for me today. He said no he could not do that and then I asked to speak to themanager. He said he was the manager on shift and all he could do is give me a refund, with no care or apology, which was nohelp to me or the hungry kids. What poor customer service Domino's Pizza has. I called Tomaso's pizza immediately after andthey had 4 pizzas ready for me to pick up 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, the kids missed eating pizza on their lunch hour buttheir teacher let them eat it in the room. Save yourself the disappointment and order your pizza from someplace other thanDomino's.
