If you have not eaten at Covinas yet, you are missing an incredible dining experience. This was without a doubt the greatest... constructed and tasting dish I’ve ever had. Not to mention that the staff and management could not have been moreaccommodating and nice. My only regret was not getting the name of the floor manger who took the time to explain their missionto use local vendors to bring sea to table the freshest and most affordable seafood on the Gold Coast. While I live in thePhiladelphia area, I would fly back to the area just to eat at Corvinas again!! Read more
I had read great reviews about Corvina Seafood Grill , which opened last December and decided to try it. Mistake Absolutely... gorgeous restaurant which naturally is a seafood restaurant. Services severally in lacking, our server was rarely around andwhen she was, took forever to refill water glasses and get more bread. Limited menu priced on the high side and a very nice butoverpriced wine list. I tried the Captain Dan's Local Key West Shrimp "Saganaki", tomato, ouzo, Feta cheese & dill withgrilled pita and a creamy parmesan ouzo. I can make it at home as well. My wife tried their Pan-Seared Sea Scallops served overa cauliflower purée with caper and raisin citrus brown butter. She my scallops I make are better. Once is enough. Read more
Amazing experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The hostess, Veronica, made us feel like we were long time patrons even... though it was our first visit. The service was just perfect. Our server, Lenny, was attentive but not intrusive. The manager,Eduardo, came over to introduce himself. The food was excellent. I ordered the Plantain Crusted Corvina. I never had Corvinabefore and this was THE BEST fish I ever had. It was just perfectly prepared with a crispy coating and moist fish. My wife had aSnapper special. It was fresh and tasty. For dessert we ordered a Citrus Pie, which the server told us is their take on Key LimePie. It was served with a scoop of coconut sorbet. That was also excellent. When they found out it was our anniversary, theysent over a couple of glasses of champagne. This just capped off a perfect evening. Read more

Chic, stunning venue with an enviable corner spot allowing for spacious outdoor seating. They have the outdoor heaters on during... this little cold spell. They have indoor seating and a wonderful bar inside too. Staff is friendly and this place has beenpacked since it opened in December.. Corvina's happy hour is from 4 - 6:30 PM & they offer 9 selections for $9 a pop as well asdrinks - the food menu inudes: Oysters Shrimp Nachos Chesapeake Bay Fish Fry Roasted Cauliflower Crispy Smashed Potatoes AhiTuna Taquitos Classic Peruvian Ceviche Smashed Fish Dip Spicy Salmon Mahi Sushi Roll I will work my way through all 9 items andadd to this review.. This place is incredible! The server, Fabricio, is the best! My father introduced me to the experience here. He is a seafood... wholesaler and had the best recommendation to come here. I’d love to give this seafood experience a 5 star but eagerly preventing myself from topping the ratings only due to my first... experience at this restaurant and the delayed timing of customer service in between ordering and pick up/drop offs and with theexception of the amazing energy the floor managers provided. Would recommend indoor seating if your looking for a morecomfortable sitting area, If your looking for the outdoor ambience along with fresh air and amazing seafood, Then request alarge table as the 2 seated low tops are slightest too small for a couple looking to enjoy a few dishes together atonce. Overall, Would recommend to any visitors from out of town and locals looking for a nice dining experience and freshamazing tasting food. Your typical dish price to food portion but worth every penny! They provide valet in the front whichserved well the night spent with easy access to parking and no long distance walking. Read more
