Went to checkers on my lunch break requested my meal asked for theeal to be FRESH.. employees stood there while I waited at the... window for about 10 mins finally I got the food I bit a fry and it was cold as ice I asked for money back immediately the othermanager got mad and the other one said she will make it over.... I wait for another 25-30 mins and finally received my food andit was horrible.... At this location you get the same reviews and complaints why not send in secret shoppers or change yourstaff because it is obviously a BIG REFLECTION on this company. Ordered food, staff was rude and not attentive. Received food and all the people in my party tasted it. It was all good all. Not... edible. Threw it all out at the nearest bumper and when some where else. This is a case of, we have given up and don?t careanymore. Won?t be returning. To many other options. Needs new management. Read more
Waiting at the speaker by drive through for 7 mins. No cars before me. Though it was closed. Bread was so cold. Meat and Lettuce... was mixed with mayo all together. So it was cold too. Couldnt enjoy it. Read more
I initially had a bad experience but they are good at turning a frown upside down. The workers are kind, fast, and the food was... yummy! I absolutely love this place! First of all, I love all their dessert! ( especially their new ones) the w employees are always... so welcoming and friendly towards us. We do not eat fast food very much but, I do think that this has turned into the best deal,quality, price and service when that time co Plus, all of the portions are huge! The food was HORRIBLE my burgers was uncooked. The manager had a real nasty attitude when I told him the burger tasted raw. He... was yelling saying "OH DA BURGA IS COOKED". I asked for a refund he was angry that I wanted a refund. Read more
Two times in a row now I have visited the drive through and asked for extra onions on my purchase . The photos show what I got... the second time, the first was the same. This is after asking for "extra" the first time, then - since that didn't work- "heavy" the next time. The second time, the order taker actually said "I got you". Deliberately deny the request and upset ofthe customer and give them the exact opposite of what they asked for? Yes, that appears to be the result. Read more
This location has horrible service and food is cold like it was cooked hours ago. I order a Milkshake and the gave me a cup with... mostly whip cream like duh the weigh of the cup is even different. This was at 1am on a Friday morning with little or notraffic. Read more
