It was a horrible Customer Service and the food was all over the plate.

This was a horrible experience. They were moving in slow motion, constantly staring at the screen. Gave another lady an order... that was sitting there since before she ordered her food. I asked for a manager twice, they either ignored me or there isnt one.I wanted a refund because i didnt want to wait any longer. But my food was ready before anyone helped me with that. I will NEVEReat here again. The only saving grace was the cashier that jumped over and helped them get the food out. Oh and by the way, iasked for a regular lemonade but he charged for a large. When asked i was told they dont have regular cups, after i paid. Thenthey overcharged for the sandwich, saying the prices changed from the menu. Update... i went back up to ask one more time for amanager and was finally told that she is not here today. Read more
Delicious food everytime! Customer service is excellent. The worker Marlon Stamler is very hardworking and overachieving, he is... friendly, personable, and never gets a order wrong. He goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are satisfied he reallydeserves a big pay raise. The few workers they have are also doing a great job! This location is run by disorganized children. I waited 25 minutes for FRIES while they were in the back. No one in the front... making orders. Close this location down or hire brand new staff. Specifically MARLON SIMON STAMLER. Has sunglasses on inside.Obviously high at work. Read more
Friendly service. Spoke to the manager Richie he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was solid.
