This location should be closed. The employees do not care at all. We waited 20 minutes for our burgers to come out, then another... 20 minutes for our fries, 10 more for our onion rings. Then the shakes came out 35 minutes after we were finished eating. Thestaff all have EarPods in while they are working and seem to have no interest in helping the paying customers. The burgers wereok, but the fries were soggy and unsalted and the onion rings were served in a bucket of grease. Read more
Horrible! I never write reviews but i can't let this one slide. This place is going to close soon. I waited for 30 minutes for a... junior burger kids meal. A kid burger and fries took over 30 minutes! This is fast food? I could have went to a fine diningrestaurant and gotten my food quicker. That's just unacceptable. Then I get home and it's completely the wrong order! They gaveus someone else's order after all that. Then the bathroom had zero soap. How are people washing their hands? There are a bunchof teenagers running the place and it doesn't seem that they can keep up with the orders. The place was empty. Must be theorders from the APP keeping them overwhelmed. This is poor management and lack of training. I see my review matches the othercomplaints I'm reading on other reviews. Management/ownership must do something soon to improve customer service and quality orthis place will close soon. The word is traveling fast about this place. I'm never returning. This location is in the heart of a relatively new part of Boca that features other restaurants within walking distance. With... that said, my choice to visit BurgerFi was a tremendous experience and the burger was cooked to perfection! Also, they featurea great team at that location with excellent customer service skills and fast turnaround times for orders placed. Lots of roomto dine in along with some outdoor dining and seating as well. Whether the sun is shining or it's a rainy day, there's alwaysroom at BurgerFi for a great meal. Definitely recommend. Very disappointed with my visit....poorly managed. First there was no French fries or ice tea available. The service took quite... some time and then our food was cold when received. They were overpriced for what we received. The app took too long to sign upand the cashier didn't explain it properly. Also I'm now seeing on my bank statement, I was double charged on the funds,transferred to the BurgerFi app. So far I am not feeling very pleased with this restaurant. Read more
Haven?t been here since going plant based and wanted to try the vegan burger. Luis really helped me out when I was asking about... my options, and was super accommodating. He even made sure there wasn?t any cheese or Mayo and prevented any crosscontamination. Most managers I encounter at other restaurants don?t seem to care or even understand the importance, but Luisdid. It?s management like him that let me continue to enjoy dining out plant based.
