The worst customer service and to me it appears they don't care! The app did not work in their store. Other customers having... same problem. The GM Madeus was not only unhelpful but found it funny.. Since he had no name tag on, I asked his name and hisresponse was "it's on the door!"...seriously? He just seemed not to care about losing sales and customers. Maybe he is relatedto the owner. Funny thing, I went to another BK in the area and the app worked. Maybe they're playing games there. No wonder theplace is empty. I had the code on my phone but it didn't work...twice! (With a screenshot) The GM wouldn't even try to help...sodisrespectful and in front of the employees he manages. If BK Corp. cares they should look into why the app doesn't work intheir store but works everywhere else and these people franchised or not representing the BK brand so poorly. Every time I come through the drive through something is wrong. They either have the card machines down or no one answers. Now... It is Obvious, if you eat fast food in a Rich town, the quality of the food is pretty good. If you eat at a poor neighborhood,... the food is awful. The burger was good, all the ingredients were fresh and the fries were crispy. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. My food was dumped into a bag without being wrapped properly. By the time we got home the... contents were all over the place. I gave the burger to my dog & the fries were a soggy mess so they were thrown away. Quite awaste but I didn't have a choice. I will not return. I suggest the staff have better training or perhaps find another job! Read more
