I come here often because it?s the only Burger King near me via a common commute I have for work. Tonight was just ridiculous.... Around 6:50 PM tonight I went through the drive through. No on answered, I kept saying hello. Finally I pulled up to frontwindows. Young man opens window. I order a large sweet tea, then said actually please make that a coke. It took almost 10minutes to get my soda when no one was behind me or in front of me. I was patient. Finally a young woman with yellow hairapproached the window and I said is the soda machine not working or something? She ignored me. Neither really said much to me.It was two minutes after that when I finally got my soda, I mean sweet tea, as he gave me the wrong beverage. He was either slowor smoked enough weed where he was out of it. Both were very rude. 10 minutes to get a soft drink, really? Last time I will gohere. I?ll go to the gas station instead. I have had multiple experiences in the past where they literally just take their goodold time. No concern or regard for their customers time. It?s called fast food for a reason. And to be ignored like I was, notonly when no one answered the drive thru to take my order, but then the same at the window when I was just ignored and made towait ten minutes for a soft drink? Since May, I have probably spent over $300 here. I will never go again after tonight. Read more
Super ghetto is how I would describe it. We waited too n line as the only customers and were not greeted for several minutes.... Workers make eye contact but seemed to be annoyed we were there as the drive through was backed up. The fries were not salted.Would not eat here again. Read more
Not a great experience. Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru. Only two cars were ahead of me each ordered only one combo. I had... to repeat my order 4 times. Then telling the woman what she entered still wasn't what I ordered. Then she told me, they didn'thave chicken. I ordered something else and ordered a dbl cheese burger kids meal and ended up with a regular cheese burger kidsmeal. Brightside the woman gave me an extra regular cheeseburger to make up for what was missing. Read more
Burger King is a 5, but our experience there with the late crowd was a 2. After dark, the late drive thru is a bad choice. Once... the inside dining area closes- madness ensues! The lines are very long and the drivers all act as though they are the only onesin the parking lot! Drivers tired of waiting in the long line would try to exit & go elsewhere... but people are sodiscourteous! Near accidents & aggressive horn blaring! The line was ALL KARENS!!! But- this is NOT the fault of the store. Itis the customers behaving badly that made my experience frustrating. The Burger King is actually excellent in comparison toother stores of the franchise. The service is great and they make everything fresh and exactly as you request. Even in theevening, they don't take long at all once you place your order. So, I really don't understand why there is such a wait, asidefrom the sheer number of customers. So, I definitely want to distinguish that. It would not be so crowded & crazy if the food &service was not excellent. (I also reviewed the plaza where this Burger King is located. The owner of the plaza said that thisparticular store has had the same owners for 40 years!) Wow! I would never believe it! This store looks brand new. Incrediblyclean and landscaping is just perfect! The service is great- exceptionally professional and friendly. We went early and ourorder was perfectly prepared and fresh with no wait. Wonderful experience for breakfast this morning. The woman behind the counter was real friendly and served our order real quick.... All the food and drinks were very good. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Will definitely return in future. :) Read more
Today I ordered my classic ?wooper burger? WOOOW. Look at my pictures, this what i received. When i ask the cashier this burger... representing the quality of the burger king? Her answer was ?yes? you have lattice, onion everything WOW i am speechless Burgerdefinitely not the KING OF THE BURGER Store was dirty, trash on the floor table not cleaned or sanitized. I can't believe I went back to any fast food store for that matter I think they all should be out loud they're poisoning our... bodies not healthy not a good choice need to stay away from these type of establishments. Fast food is why Americans are so atpeace in my opinion a place significant role in our health problems of our society. Read more
