Okay where do I start. Brendy was fabulous as expected. However, the froyo was actually awful and I may have gotten food... poisoning from it. However for brendy it was worth it. I also want to add that I respect Brendy for keeping the place open late.The hot fudge there was amazing. Stay away from the chocolate chip cookie dough. When I came, the lady working was very disrespectful and nasty. Very unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was a bother just for... ordering. I witnessed the lady working there completely ignoring an eldery woman, who was asking for a straw, she later gave hera straw, but gave the woman no indication that she heard her, it's like she didn't even acknowledge the woman. When my motherwent to pay for our orders the lady completely snatched my mother's card out of her hand before tapping it on a screen andshoving it back to her. She didn't even tell her the price or give her the receipt, my mother had to get the receipt herselffrom the printer. The ice cream is good, but no better than store bought and very overpriced, more than $5 for just one scoop.The horrible customer service didn't make it any better, will not be returning, I do not recommend. I just had the worst experience at this ice cream shop in Boca Raton. I ordered 4 small cups of ice cream for my kids and I. The... woman that was serving us and scooping, seemed upset at us for walking in. As she was scooping, she did not have gloves on asshe was sticking her hand and arm all up in the containers. She seemed very annoyed that we wanted ice cream instead of frozenyogurt. As I was standing at the counter waiting for her to tell me the grand total, I unzipped my wallet, pulled out my card,and she didn't even tell me the price before she suddenly SNATCHED MY CARD from my hand, tapped it on her payment machine, andshoved it back to me! She was also nasty to an elderly woman in front of me, who asked for a straw for her milkshake. The manstanding behind me, witnessed this and just stood there with his mouth open in shock. Read more
I'm changing my review from 3 to 5 stars. This location obv got the memo and I see a total difference. They were very... responsive, on-point and generous with the portion size! The individual assisting me was helpful and kind - I only hope theycontinue like I saw today! If they do = they'll be top Brendy's in the area! Read more

I called in advance to ask if they had vegan soft serve Icecream. The lady told me the flavors and I once again confirmed with... her that those were soft serve and she said yes. I take a long drive over there only for the same woman to tell me they don?thave the vegan soft serve and that she never said that. Terrible customer service. Read more
Great ice cream spot. They have all kinds of traditional ice cream as well as soft serve. They also make ice cream sandwiches... and more for purchase to take home already made. Nice little sweet spot. Read more
The lady who always works at Brandy?s needs to read these reviews because it?s definitely all about the same lady. I have the... same review just like the rest of the people on here. Every time I come in I feel like a bother to her, NEVER EVER welcoming. Soover priced for nasty ice cream that tastes like it?s been sitting there for years. I was paying Apple Pay, and she tried toSNATCH my phone out of my hands. If you look at the other comments? you see a common pattern happening amongst snatching. It?snever a good feeling when you walk into Brendy?s. One time my friend asked for another cone because hers was broken and the ladytried to charge her extra for a new cone!!!
