Never overnighted as they were fully booked. However, I have stopped in a couple times for food and coffee, which is decent.... Though the staff could stand to be friendlier- interacted with the same individual each visit and really got the impression Iwas inconveniencing them buying a ready-made sandwich and a drip coffee... Wifi for purchase; does not work well and veryexpensive for what you get. If you're travelling on and need to connect, I reccomend paying a little more for 24 hr unlimitedwifi access at Meziadin Junction (friendlier folk there too). The fuel cost at Bell2 was also much higher than either optionsapproximately an hour in either direction. Read more

I stopped in for a coffee and snacks, which was so nice along this highway with sparse options. The receptionist was friendly... and happy to be there. I even got a latte, which was also a treat, as I didn't expect to have one on my route. Thanks! Read more

I had 3 rooms booked for yearly guys motorcycle trip. The Hotel unfortunately had to cancel our rooms due to a Covid outbreak... in the Lodge. They helped us secure rooms in Stewart , BC which was a location we were going to anyways. And then when westopped at Bell 2 for fuel, the managers, Emilie and Johnathon went above and beyond by fuelling up our bikes, providing us withsome road snacks and then paying for our dinner in Stewart, BC. Last night on Wed sept 22, my husband and o are currently doing a Roadtrip for our honeymoon and came from the Yukon. It was... starting to get dark and I saw signs for the bell 2 lodge coming up which was perfect timing considering there was no cellphonereception and driving in the pitch black was dangerous. So we ended up pulling up to it and we were so excited because coming upto it it looked so gorgeous! It was pitch black but we were definitely excited as it looked like a beautiful lodge! We sawhelicopters in the parking lot and were so excited to explore it in the morning after getting set up for a room. It was 9:15pmand we pulled in we saw the open sign, but the doors were locked. My husband saw a young lady at the reception desk and waved tothem and she just said ?we?re closed?. We were both in shock as it is a lodge and it said the cafe was closed at 9pm and therewas someone at reception. Considering there is no cellphone reception and literally we are 200km away from the next town we wereextremely upset with the lack of service to us. Also the lack of care considering we are in the middle of the woods and theysimply told us we are closed to insinuate us to go somewhere else which was over an hour away. If I was her and saw a couplepull up and know there is nothing else around and no cell reception, I would have communicated what the options/suggestions aswe don?t know the area and had no cell reception.
