The girl on evening shift between 8pm-9pm, in the Boaz, AL Krystal location, that works drive thru is very rude, overcharges us... & unwilling to admit to her mistakes every time we go there. Careful. They like to substitute things without your input, will give you the wrong drink sizes, and the wrong drinks. Don't ask... for it to be fixed cause the manager will get hateful with ya! Hate to see this Krystal get shut down, but looks like they'regoing to if they keep this up. Read more
Has been years since we had a Krystal. We have the rival White Castle in Missouri. I didn't realize that Krystal was so soggy.... But it's tasteful. It was service with a smile. Convenient with two drive thru windows and tables outside for good weatherpicnic. Read more
Let me just say when the drive thru window opened I was very concerned. Huge AC vent was damaged, falling down, and covered in... mold. Staff however was nice, friendly, and service speed was fair. Food was delicious. Would have easily been a 5 star ratingif I wasnt concerned about cleanliness. Read more
