Was there on a Saturday morning they open at 1030 it was 1042 I pulled around to the window to order to find all three employees... not working but sitting outside clearly could see me I drove up to the window nobody inside. Had a late lunch. Very good food and great service. I ate one of the new sandwiches. Very good!!

Yesterday, I waited in the drive thru for exactly an hour before receiving my order. There were two ahead of me yet to order... when I got in line. The food was still good though. I understand that many people go there on Sunday afternoon and also that youare short staffed, but an hour for drive thru still seems a bit much. Read more
The lovely lady running the register welcomed me as soon as I walked in and stated she would be with me shortly. This was a... great start because many restaurants now don't greet or even acknowledge their customers. The food came out quick and wasperfect. The restaurant was very clean and while I was there, every time there was no customer at the counter, the lady was outcleaning tables. A+ This I why I love Captain D's. Read more
04-10-22 (8:45pm) we've been setting in drive through for 20 minutes now, they took our order 13 minutes ago, still setting... behind the same 1 car at the window.... Nothing in this place takes 20 minutes to cook. I've been begging the driver to justpull off for 10 minutes now.... Maybe in another 10 minutes she will be talked into giving up on this place.... This hands down yhe best Captain D's in the area. After our last Captain D's experience(Oneonta,Al-horrible) we were hesitant. ... The staff was super nice and very attentive during our dine in lunch. The dinning area and bathrooms were clean and fullystocked. Cynthia, the cashier was Amazing-she is truly a gem!
