Me and my mom went here to get dinner, and when we got our food.. for 1, the lid was broken on one of the cokes, secondly, the... chicken nuggets were hard.. they weren't soft to bite into.. thirdly, the customer service was HORRIBLE. They gave attitude tomy mom when she went back in to the store when she went back in to fix their mistake. We come here often, and every time thereis something missing in our order. The staff was rude when I had to come in to get the sauce. Manger yelling at staff for not putting sauce in bag, Instead of... apologizing to the customer. Never heard I'm sorry for the Inconvenience. Chicken nuggets were cold and hard. The coke had abroken lid. Read more
Near closing time but still I expect my food to be fresh and hot. This visit totally sucked. I consider Wendy's the Cadillac of... ff restaurants maybe need to rethink that. Read more
I've never had any issues here. There was 1 time like 10 years ago that there was something on my sandwich that didn't belong. I... discreetly showed an employee, they immediately had it made again by a different person. They apologized and offered to refundmy meal. (I don't know if they are even allowed to do that now, but like I said this was years ago) I politely declined therefund and just requested it to be made over. My food has always been fresh and hot. Employees are generally smiling, helpfuland make ordering easy. (Having social anxiety can cause ordering to be nerve wracking at times, but they've never rushed me) Read more
Ordered here not but 20 minutes ago wasn't warned they were apparently entirely out of Bacon, lettuce, and cheese before... ordering so I ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club and got just a grilled chicken breast with a tomato on a bun with some sweetmustard flavored sauce. Meanwhile another sandwich on the order had everything they said they were out of on it. I get beingout of the items needed to make things but you need to warn your customers about it first before you fulfill the order. Andespecially don't be rude to a customer asking about their messed up order and tell them to take it up with the district managerinstead of dealing with it yourself. Read more
When we walked in dining room was empty, there was an elderly lady sweeping, who was apparently supposed to take our order. She... brought back the broom and dust pan back and DID NOT wash her hands. Someone else went around the food line with a sprinklingcan throwing water all around. After experiencing this today won?t be back. I really wish I would have just canceledeverything.
