My most recent experience at this location was awful. The staff and manager on duty were rude and unprofessional. One of the... most unfriendly experiences I have ever had. The drive thru associate was very curt and displayed the nastiest attitude I haveever experienced at a fast food restaurant. When discussing the inappropriate conduct with the manager, I was told ?these girlsare overworked and underpaid? as an excuse for the unacceptable behavior. This particular location appears to be more concernedabout only having an individual there to perform the duties at the sacrifice of good customer service. I drove off withoutpurchasing anything. Moving forward, my family and I will no longer patronize this restaurant and I discourage others from doingso as well. Read more
Very rarely have a good experience at this location. Tried them 4 times and only 1 time did I have staff that were any good.... Once was told to hold while in driver through for 12 minutes, got tired of waiting and drove around to see two girls leaning onthe counter drinking drinks and talking to each other. I?ve worked in the food industry before so I?m usually pretty understandbut the service here is pretty bad. Probably will drive to another location next time. On top of extremely slow service, there is EXTREMELY POOR customer service? And it stems from their manager Kyesha, so I can?t... really blame the kids there. Their regional manager, Cory knows about how rude she is but does nothing, so it?s pretty obvioushe doesn?t care?constantly hearing them complain from the drive-through window about servicing customers, or just full outplaying around instead is working is ridiculous, and judging by these reviews I?m not the only one who feels this way. But, ifthis is the type of service they provide, then I guess it?s satisfactory to their standards. I?ll take my businesselsewhere. The food is hit or miss at best. Read more
This store manager needs to reevaluate the front line that is working today 9/3/2022. You have 2 teenagers that are very rude... and treating the customers like trash!! When we placed the order Markira was very nasty and rude and short!! Both frontlineworkers wanted to fight the customer because she took the order wrong!! I waited for my order of which took some time and wascompletely wrong!! The managers couldn?t Deescalate the situation!! I am so shocked at how this is allowed and both would noteven listen to the managers that was telling them to please let them handle it!! I will never go back to this Zaxby?s due to therudeness of the two teenagers. This is very sad that paying customers have to be treated the way they are by the staff!! Myorder was over $30!!
