No other car was ordering in the drive-thru and it took 15 minutes to get the food!! There were no over the top special orders... given, at least 3 people were working that I saw! The good was not hot even though we were told one of the sandwiches were justbeing brought out of the grease. Bad for business is all I can say...if I could give negative stars I would. Read more
My cousin, brother, and I were on our way to a football game when we stopped here in hopes of a fast meal. We approached a long... line and expected someone just ordered a bunch of food. When we got to the speaker, however, we immediately understood thedelay. The speaker was incredibly quiet and it took near 10 minutes to order 3 sandwiches and some fries. The workers asked forthe meal to be repeated three times. After a long delay and almost being asked to pull forward, we received our food and leftthe Wendy?s in a rush. Love Wendy's at times. I have to say compared to the other fast food chains around them on the same street. There wait times are... long and lines are long. If you go there within an hour of closing they refuse to make your order if they don't want to. Iordered online and they told me to cancel it. I don't know. My opinion. Read more
The girl that works at the window late at night is bomb. She corrected our order with no hassle and got it right. It was hard to... hear anything through the intercom at the drive through. She was so sweet!! Absolutely love her she has braids and isbeautiful!! Read more
Was kinda in a rush to get back home so I ordered my Southwest Avocado salad made it Vegetarian and Cheese Fries while trying to... quickly eat them. Gave myself a stomach ache for eating too fast so I took some antacid afterwards. Before that this Wendy'sless crowded this time and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. Read more
This Wendy's doesn't deserve a single star. We went through the drive through while traveling. There were 5 cars ahead of us and... we could hear every order through the speaker. The girl taking orders was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Weheard her tell every customer (us included) that they were out of various items in such an annoyed manner and rude tone. Mindyou, it's only 9:00pm. No sweet tea, no BBQ sauce, no sweet and sour sauce, no strawberry lemonade. When we got to the speakerto order, she kept interrupting my husband as he was ordering and acted annoyed as hell every time he said something like he wasa bother to her. She kept leaving her mic on as she spoke to her coworkers complaining about her customers orders. We couldn'teven get our order in. I had enough and told her that it's understandable that they were very busy, but she needs to watch hertone and the way she speaks to customers bc she had been rude to everyone in the drive through and it was uncalled for. And allshe could say was "huh" repeatedly. We just drove off. We will not spend our money contributing to their paychecks if that's howthey want to run their business. Absolutely ridiculous. Stopped here while traveling to get a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive-thru and the service was good. Had my food in a... reasonable time after ordering. I had the $5 biggie bag. The sandwich had a little too much Mayo but still tasted great! Thefries and chicken nuggets were also good. Only issue was that they forgot to give me a straw but when I asked for one theyaddressed the issue quickly. Landscaping outside was nice and inviting. Overall good experience here. Read more
By far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. the staff is lazy they have absolutely zero interest in doing their job if you go... to the drive-thru in the evening you will sit there for an hour I kid you not unfortunately it is the only fast food restaurantopen in the area after a certain point in the evening. the franchise owner absolutely needs to do something about this placebecause he's got staff in there that simply do not care. the food was terrible, the wait was obnoxious, and the attitude I gotover the loudspeaker and while trying to pay because I simply ordered food was unbelievable.
