Food seemed fresh although one item was missing in the order. Fair price for fast food chicken.
I placed an online order. When my son arrived to pick it up he was told that they didn't have the "bucket" of soda that came... with our meal and that all they had was tea. Fine, I'm not sure why they couldn't just fill the bag with the soda we orderedinstead of tea, but not worth fighting over. Then they tell my son they are out of cakes so they subbed a cookie. He thoughtmultiple cookies, or some large cookie that would be equivalent to the cake, but no they subbed a single 50¢ cookie for a $4.99chocolate cake. The last time we made the mistake of ordering from the Blythewood KFC was about 10 years ago, I won't be makingthis mistake again. There are much better places to eat in Blythewood. Read more
The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. In person the chicken has more of a burgundy color. I can?t eat this. The mashed... potatoes tasted old. The drive thru was backed up and I was told they only had two people working. This was a waste of $14. Theonly thing that was good was my drink. I wish I could give this place zero or negative stars. We went there to pick up dinner the other night. Simple orde..order...... 2 bowls and an 8pc bucket. We got home (our fault for not checking the bag) and they forgot a bowl. I tried calling for asolid 30 minutes to let them know and we would be heading back. The phone was busy, like they took it off the hook. And to topit off I got the wrong bowl in the end. All blythewood chain restaurants are junk... we will support the local places from nowon! Slow service, had to change order after I paid, ask for items that were missing. Chicken strips were dry, almost Jerky. But the... Fries were good and crispy, not stale and soggy. Read more
So I just finished eating at KFC. I bought 2 three-piece dinners at 12:30 pm and the chicken was rank! My sister was only able... to eat 1 piece but thought her gum made the taste off so she ate some fries then only a few bites out of her the chicken Andcomplained that it was off... I however had hot sauce smeared all over the chicken and ate 2 pieces before noticing that thechicken tasted off!! I hope the heck we don't get sick and I sure won't be returning to this establishment! Read more

I had ordered specifically a Nashville chicken sandwich (with no pickle) with the 3 side (mac n cheese, green beans, and mashed... potatoes and gravy) combo with drink. As well as the number 5 combo with Nashville hot sauce with mashed potatoes. I pulled upto the window and had the employee tell me that there was no such thing as a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and there wasNOTHING he could do to remedy this situation. He offered either regular or spicy options but neither was what I wanted. I justsaid I'd take the spicy option but to make sure there were no pickles on it. He said I needed to pull forward to wait on thewings. Three people received their food before me, one of them being a larger order. Now I understand that waiting on wingstakes some time. But in 4 in the afternoon, you should be able to prepare it a bit faster. The total time it took me to orderand receive my food was about 15ish minutes. A woman who was very rude from inside the restaurant and I could hear her yellingat the employees (whether this be a good time sort of yelling or she was reprimanded the employees - I have no idea). She handedmy food and apologized for the wait on the food, but did NOT sound sincere about it. I drove home. Opened the food and thewings were completely wrong. They were not Nashville hot like the receipt states. My box that had the chicken sandwich was spicybut it HAD PICKLES ON IT. despite asking NUMOROUS TIMES for NO PICKLES. my sides were also incorrect but they were incorrect onthe receipt as showing mac n cheese, fries, and coleslaw. Not what I had ordered originally. The fries are bland tasting andlimp. The chicken is dry. And everything js just downright terrible. I am VERY dissatisfied with this KFC location and verydisappointed in the service I received. I will not be going back to this location despite being closer to my residence. I willdrive to a different location and order there just to have friendlier service and better quality of food. Read more
