Works resurant experience since moving to the cobblestone stone area I ordered a $70 order for delivery 2 hr later no show then... I call they yell at me the manager Allen said the best I can do is expedite if you come it it mind you my house is directlybehind the store and it's been 2 hrs then I go to the store wait another 2 hrs in the parken lot because when I arrive they saidthey will change it from delivery to pickup but the cook never got the order ok 2 more hrs later I get home the wings halfcooked no sauce the pizza was dry and was not even cut and had no sauce on it either I mean how do you mess and order frombeginning to end this was the worst resurant food ordering experience I have ever I had I think this is the 1st time I ever lefta review please don't go here the services is horrible Read more

If I could give this store a no star. One star is way to much. We ordered two medium pizza at 7pm for delivery. Called at 8pm... and spoke to Allan who?s rude as hell. He said they had 5 tickets and it was going to take an additional 30 to 45 min. Calledagain at 9pm and Alan again rude as hell said as soon as we get a driver we will deliver.. worse service ever. Every time I order from this location, it is nothing but problem after problem. It takes hours to receive nothing but cold and... unwanted pizza. Today, I placed an order at 5:55PM. I did not receive that order until well past the 19-29 minute deliverywindow, I waited until 7:20PM for my order. I sent the pizza back with the driver, and someone claiming to be a manager calledme at 7:27PM. He told me it would be 45 minutes on a hot pizza to be re-delivered. It is NOW 8:50PM and I have yet to receive mypizza. When I called back, he consistently misgendered me after I corrected him multiple times. He said "I was next" but it isDOUBLE the time it was originally given and a total of THREE HOURS LATER. This is absolutely ridiculous and a mismanaged store.If I was not going to get my pizza, I should've been contacted. This is nothing but a ghetto store with uncaring associates withless than zero customer service. Read more

Not for sure why they could not see that this pizza was burnt!! I just feel like they should not have even handed the pizza to... me if it looked like this!! Read more

Placed an order for 5:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. They informed me they had to remake my pizza due to an accident and still... had it ready by 5:00! Pizza was wonderful and the employees were fantastic to deal with today! I?d happily pick up there again!!Thank you for making this process easy. Read more

Usually this location does a really great job. I'm not sure what happened today. My only suggestion is make sure you check your... pizza before you leave because they forgot to put cheese on one of my pizzas and overcooked the thin crust to the point it wasinedible. Gross. Read more

I am appalled and utterly shocked at my experience today at 4:30pm at this location. I used the pick up window to receive my... pizza when I noticed that the Hawaiian Pineapple Pizza that I ordered along with another pizza and wings was sliced with oneslice completely empty(no toppings whatsoever) with dried up tomato sauce. I politely went back to let the employee know and shetold me that she could not control how the oven melts the cheese. Mind you I have ordered many pizzas before and I have neverreceived a slice of pizza with dried tomato sauce and bread. After I told her that I could not bring this pizza back home shethen questioned me and asked, " You can't bring this pizza back where?" and I said I can't bring it back home looking like this.She then stated that she would remake the pizza. I was willing to wait for the remake but it doesn't stop there. As sheproceeded to take the pizza box away from me, she threw the entire pizza over the counter from the register to the trash with anattitude right in front of my face. At that moment I asked for a cancellation of my entire order totaling $31.07. I will neverallow an establishment or person to ever disrespect me in this manner. I love myself to much to allow for something like this tohappen. I will never visit this establishment ever again. This is the worst customer service I have ever received over a pizza.I was completely nice throughout the entire exchange. After she threw the pizza that was it for me. Domino's you may want toretrain your staff because this is completely unacceptable. Read more

I ordered a large pizza and garlic knots. I tried to call the store (had issues with the last order) but the phone lines weren't... working, so I ordered online. The order estimated the delivery time to be 53 minutes to 63 minutes. I received a text statingthe driver left the store with the order. The order arrived 27 minutes later, cold and without the toppings I paid for. Sincethe phone lines were down, there was no way to communicate this with the store. Read more
