Absolutely disgusting!!!! If I could I would put negative stars! The store is nasty counters dirty and sticky. Bathrooms are... trashed and toilets are stained. No toilet paper and out of soap. The food tasted old and inedible, if I didn't live 30 minutesaway I would of came back and asked for my Money back. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They ignored me at first then finallywhen I asserted my presence a women by the name of Stacy came to assist me. She gave me a dirty look and asked. "Can I help you"in a irritating manner. ZERO STARS. There aren't any Bojangle's around me so when traveling, I decided to order online for curbside pickup. No one ever... came outside to deliver my sandwich. I went inside and no one knew anything about my order. They handed me a sandwich that wassitting in a box for who knows how long. It was terrible. I had them make me a new one. Waited 15 mins at drive through speaker no one in front of me. Every few songs on radio while waiting the woman would come on... speaker and say "hold a little longer". When finally ready to take my order she told me I can't have family meal becausethey're out of everything except breasts. 15 minutes wait time to tell me they're out of everything. Have to give 1 star when they deserve a "no" star. Ordered food online. They didn't have what I ordered. General Manager Michele... Oree forced me to request my refund through the app even though Bojangles will receive the money through the app. She said theycan receive but not refund. Sounds unfavorable to the customers. All except 2 employees were very disrespectful and laughedwhile I'm trying to work through this situation. Bottom line no food, disrespectful employees, no refund, and a terriblecustomer experience. Service was subpar and that's being nice. Didn't acknowledge us at the check out window, just took payment and moved on. The... order was wrong and the tenders they gave us were not what I'd call chicken tenders. It was a pitiful experience. Definitelywould pass by this one if you can wait to go to another one. This may be the slowest service I've ever seen in my life. I've gotten food faster in fine dining restaurants, the drive thru... moves at a snails pace and the inside line moves just as slow. It's actually insane that you still have guests who can somehowmanage to wait the half hour to an hour it takes to get service and food in a "fast food" establishment. Read more
