My very first visit to Bojangles. I was not impressed. The self-serve tea station was messy. Tea was spilled, used napkins were... everywhere. Workers were behind the counter singing, clowning around - doing everything but checking to make sure stations andseating were clean for the guests. Plus, the chicken was fried hard! I only gave a 3 star because I started out in the drive thru and no one acknowledged me. Even if you're busy inside, you should... at least acknowledge the person in the drive thru then let them know you'll be with them in a minute. Well, needless to say, Ihad to park and go inside. I Love Me Sum Bo! I had to wait 20mins for sum chicken...but it was well worth it!
Had to be one of the worst experiences I've had, place closes at 10 I'm in about 915pm chicken in boxes sides in containers and... the famous line "all we have is" ...employees where cursing and ready to go I guess. This place seriously needs to work on quality control and making sure the food is consistent. I drive through and eat here... regularly and sometimes it's great but sometimes it's all wrong. You can order the same thing for several days and get fullydifferent meals. Oftentimes something you ordered is missing, or under cooked or over cooked. It's just never consistent like itshould be. Pretty regularly a biscuit or two will be raw inside. Management if you see this, please work on making sure youremployees are making the food correctly. Read more
This was my first horrible experience with Bojangles. It seems as though they were out of everything. No blueberry biscuits,... legs, wings, dirty rice, chicken tenders, & I was also told that they will not be serving breakfast. The staff were all gatheredin the back area while some people were enjoying themselves wearing street clothes with a bonnet on. The biscuits were alsoburnt but still being served. I thought that I was eating potato ships. If I could give them a negative star I would. The staffneeds to be retrained on ordering & professionalism. Read more
This was my first and last experience with Bojangles. After hearing good things about their chicken I was not only disappointed... but disgusted. The chicken had that hard batter that almost feels like it was fried with a batter then fried again with anotherlayer of batter. I threw the chicken away after the first bite. Now the reason for the 2 stars is because the Cajun chickenfillet on the biscuit was really good. I should have ordered 2 of those instead. The numerous flies all over inside are a dealkiller also. Bo brings an exciting twist to chicken and biscuits ???? or porkchops and biscuits or gravy and biscuits ????. The list goes on... and on. But don't stop there try the meals, desserts and sides ????. Actually just bring your appetite and money and tryeverything we almost did ????.
