Dry, tasteless pulled pork sandwich. The pastrami sandwich tasted old and was extremely fatty. One bite, and I was done! Worst,... so called, ?barbecue ? we?ve ever experience. My husband?s sandwich was immediately served and I waited over 15 minutes formine. Needless to say, my husband was done trying to choke down the sandwich so we took my sandwich to go. Nice burger, a bit ????????. French fries ???? are dry and spicy ????... I think place is bit over-priced for this food... quality. On the plate $20 meal. Fries and "Good like hell burger", which is not so really good.. sorry guys. Strong 4* Read more
Good thick brisket sandwich. BBQ sauce was not as strong tasting but still good. The meat platter feast was delicious and... included 3 meats plus 1 choice. This platter had 1 pork rib, chicken pieces, pull pork and we chose ham as the choicemeat. Indoor a/c kept us cool but not too cold. Self service Coke fountain drinks. Napkins and utensils available. Bathroom isopen. Shaded outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking in back. Read more
Very tasty bbq! We tried the smoked chicken and the pastrami sandwich, both of which were excellent! Kids loved the Mac and... cheese and chicken tenders. The bbq sauce was delicious as well! Friendly and smiling staff. Super grateful for a clean bathroomas well. Read more
"Normally" I'll endure a salad. This could be my "best ever" Spring mix salad with thin sliced tomatoes, onions, roasted red... peppers, I requested chunky blue cheese dressing, and more, topped with grilled portobello mushroom and grilled pastrami!Those flavors linger and I'll hope to stop by again some day. Stopped by on the way out of CA. Couldn?t wait to leave the state and the utterly ridiculous gas prices. It?s a little place... with a small dining room. The cashier was nice and the food was good. I had the pastrami sandwich and I enjoyed it. The mustardthat came with it was tasty. Not sure what they put in it. My wife had the ribs and they were tender and flavorful. One of mysons had the meat platter and the other had the pastrami hoagie. They enjoyed their dishes. Also had the chili and garlic bread.They were both good and hearty. Finally we had the turtle cheesecake and it tasted very good. It was very smooth. This place isworth the stop. Didn?t give it five stars because I?ve had better pastrami and bbq, but it?s definitely good. Read more
I have had barbecue at many places around this country. Rebel is in the top five. Yes, it?s that good. I had the tri-tip... sandwich last time I was there. The meat was juicy and not tough to eat. The char and bark were on point. Read more
