Ordered online and set it for carry out, only to find out when I arrived there, the store was closed and had to go through the... drive thru. I asked the attendant why the dining was closed, and she told me there was only 2 people including herself runningthe store. I?m guessing that it may be because they were short-staffed, but the lobby was closed and locked at lunchtime on the day I... visited, despite the app allowing me to choose the lobby as a pickup location for my to-go order. Fairly certain breakfast until 11 means breakfast until 11. Drive thru operator said she only had 15min left on breakfast @... 9:55am and that she wouldn't make any breakfast food. If you can't provide the product and service as advertised, maybe it'stime to close the doors. Read more

Longest I have had to wait in the drive through after placing an online order for pick up. The doors were closed for pick up.... The poor lady at the drive through didn't have any help and was struggling. The franchise owners should be ashamed for such poorworking conditions for the few workers that show up. Perhaps they will share from their profits to hire competent people whowill show up and reward the hard workers who actually show up to work and work their tails off. Read more
