Ate lunch here today and it was the best subway I have had in a while.. bread was very fresh and soft all meat and vegetables... look fresh.. and even had fresh soft cookies that melt in your mouth. I was literally treated like a piece of S$n! I have never been treated that way ever in my like, I was treated there... tonight. I was the only one in the store , and was very polite to them. Just to be turned around and downright Rude. Ihope this is not how you treat all your customers, bc that was literally disgraceful. Talked rudely about to the coworker as Iwas standing there. I've always really liked the meatball subs here. Nice atmosphere and smell inside too.
Got to the store at 9:25 pm to grab a late dinner as we just got in town for our vacation, went to open the door and it was... locked. The hours on the door said the store did not close until 10:00 PM. The worker behind the sandwhich bar did not look upat us as we knocked or answered the phone as we tried to call to confirm they were still open for us to get something to eat.Another customer pulled in and did the same thing, no answer, no help. You would think being one of the only places open at thistime that they would be happy to help late incoming guests. Such a disappointing experience as a traveler and frequent subwaycustomer. I have been a regular for a pretty long time now, I can?t express enough gratitude towards Mrs.Wanda she?s an amazing person!... She knows what I like and how I like my subs and I think she?s a valuable asset to subway. Before her another amazing man wasthere and he was funny. Paid for an order online. Online hours states open til 10 but store has temp hours til 9. No subs but was charged. Came back... next day and manager said to wait for credit, did not offer subs that were paid for. Waited til Saturday, still no credit and nosubs. No actual numbers to call or contact for resolution other than email. All I wanted was the meal I paid for. Read more
