Ordered a burger at 10AM. The kid manager refused to make it, despite the menu being breakfast/lunch all day/day. Parking lot... was empty, of course, so it was his passion for being unhelpful that helped me decide to not order. Of course the defaultsonic manager response is to treat me like a Karen; but i politely declined to be trolled into an argument, confirmed Sonic menuis lunch/breakfast all day and that he wasnt making the order and went elsewhere. This is a terrible Sonic. The franchise owner apparently has not been here in quite some time and/or just doesnt care. The... facility is run down. Bathrooms are either broke or have not been cleaned in months. The food orders were wrong, food was justblah..... I have filed a complaint and dont expect anything to come of it. Read more

This staff refuses to cook hamburgers in the morning, yet its part of Sonic's policy that they cook burgers and breakfast... anytime. They lie about when they get their online orders and I had to call corporate to get a refund. Read more

Let me first say that I already have low expectations for fast food to begin with and our local Bluffton Sonic somehow managed... to lower them even further. First, we went to the drive-in portion as I thought it would be a fun experience. Pushed the buttonand waited, and waited, and waited. Gave up on that and went to the drive through portion because **** it. We go through thedrive thru and tried to order a banana milkshake only to be told by Sonic staff that they haven't had Bananas in over two years.In a tone as if I the customer am supposed to know that they have menu items that are out of stock without notice. So we ordera different shake and a number 6 which is a Hotdog with premium beef (lol). We get up to the window and I open the bag to see abun with a bare weiner. When I inquired as to why. I was told that I didn't specify toppings. Again because I'm supposed to be amind reader. Bro I'm picking numbers off the board I don't work at sonic. Ask me if it differs from the picture and I need tospecify something. Complete and utter incompetence. I genuinely cannot wait until automation can handle this from start tofinish. I live local. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. I have ice cream cravings every once in a while and the ice cream... machine is usually down. Doesn?t matter if it?s in the middle of the day, or at night. If your anywhere close to when they close(like an hour or two before), don?t waste your time for ice cream. The machine will be down. Ok since I got emailed a response to the 2 star rating.... I'll explain why 2 stars.... nothing tasted fresh, the fries I... ordered tasted stale and re-cooked, which made them hard, so was the corn dogs but not as hard.... the burger was crispy on theoutside soft in the middle... so very very well done outside and well done inside.... I'm cool with that but maybe noteverybody......I was given the sonic blast but the lid wasn't on right, so I got blast on my clothes..... but for the $20dollars I spent on a large burger combo, two corn dogs and a Reese's and butter finger blast...I threw the fries away, ate theburger, gave the dogs to my dog and ate the blast..... but not spending another $20 for that again.... at least my order wasright..... Food was decent. What you expect from fast food. Got a number 3 which is a bacon cheeseburger meal. I chose a side of tater tots... which were hot and fresh and seasoned well with just enough salt. Location: Bluffton, SC - Sheridan Park I heard Sonic had the best chocolate shakes and my wife wanted one. We were close to... this Sonic and decided to add some food with our order. I ordered the foot long coney, and my wife order the NEW chickenSlinger. I am having a difficult time finding the words to describe the pictures of our food. I will start by saying, on a 1to 10 scale, 10 being best, the chocolate shakes were a 4. They were "okay", and I really think you should be asked if you wantwhip cream, but that had nothing to do with my rating on the shake. Next, my wife's NEW chicken Slinger. Hmmmmm!!!!! It lookslike yesterday's food that was "Slinged" around before giving it to us. Compare ours to the the corporate picture! My wifetook two bites, then threw it out the window to any stray cats that may be desperate for food. Now...for the foot long coney! This could NOT have been a freshly cooked hot dog. Notice the tip. Have you ever had a hot dog that when you bite into it, itis like biting off a piece of leather? This was worse! The coney had very little sauce and the cheese was overmelted. Thetaste was horrid. I tried to eat it, but three bites is all I could handle. It too was sacrificed to the cats..... poor souls! CONCLUSION: First, I don't recommend that anyone ever go to this Sonic, especially if your immune system is sensitive to oldfood. Next, if management even bothers to read these reviews, I want my money back. I have the receipt. It was $15 and somechange. And last, someone needs to be fired! Either the person that trains the employees here, or the employees that may havebeen trained properly but are not taking the importance of food and health seriously.
