The food is often pretty good but the drinks from the fountain are normally Terrible. And they have been that way for at least a... year. I have said something to management a couple different times. I don?t understand because the other stores don?t seem tohave this issue nearly as often. Read more

We don?t go in the store often. Trying to limit the need. We simply go for gas. Always busy. Always. The machine doesn?t always... work to take your loyalty card. Go figure. Prices are normal compared to others so no big whoa there. I see customers respectingspace and masks. Not sure about staff as we didn?t go in yet. Read more

I strongly dislike this parkers because I dislike all Parkers. As I should, with they're considerably higher prices on... merchandise than all other gas stations, most expensive in town, considerably. The parker rewards system adds way moreconfusion and effort than it does savings, and it's concept has no place in any convenience store setting. The layout ofmerchandise is deliberately strewn about the store with no rhyme or reason as to make you walk around and around knowing it willsometimes cause people to see another item and buy it too. Same concept as why milk is always in the back of the grocery store,and why no 2 Wal-Mart's are ever alike. They're happy to make you walk to the back of the store every single day just becausehey, maybe just once you'll grab an extra candy bar. Needless to say that good feeling you get from an old school conveniencestore, generally in the country in my experience where it's just good people and they simply want to provide convenience...wellParkers is doing the best they can to stomp that out of the industry for sure, good job Greg. I was the first person at the counter but instead of cashing out me she took care of the people at the self check out, showing... them how to use it. I expressed my concern and was then skipped again. After that I was told I had to use the self check out. Ididn't realize if I didn't interact with the computer I would be put to the back of the line. Unacceptable customer service!!! Read more

WORST customer service experiences EVER at any Parker's I've ever been to. Today was my 4th time stopping by here and each time... it's progressively gotten worse and worse. 4 items in hand this morning 9 months pregnant and the cashier had an attitudebecause I didn't self check out. She was literally just standing there with no customers when I walked up. The people behind mehad a fountain drink and a coffee and she told them they HAD to self check out even though she was finished with me. I made themistake of asking for a bag? Even more attitude... What is she being paid for I wonder? Never again. Read more

Big fan of Parker's and always have been. Always one nearby anywhere I'm working in Savannah and low country. Noticed a few... changes in their stores worth mentioning so hopefully the right people will see. Your Cashiers are now incredibly bored and sadlooking with the new self-checkout machines. Cashiers at this Bluffton store in particular have always been very friendly andgenerally I'd walk out the store with a smile. Now I get a blank bored look indicative of many long hours standing aroundwatching customers fumble with the annoying self checkout . One cashier now does the job of two and lines are twice as long.Technology isn't always the way to go... Read more
