I dont know what it is with parkers employees and why they are so rude! It seems to be multiple stores but this one... particularly. The food was awful. The gizzards was under cooked, the livers was over cooked. Mac and cheese was hard, the only thing was... tasty was the yeast roll. Please get another cook. I will never eat there again. I chose 1 star because I couldn't put 0. Read more
my favorite place to get fried chicken! also they are busy so yes we wait sometimes but I have no problem with that when I'm... made to feel at home.... and I never forget a kind face, mask or not. they are open at times no one else is and I appreciatethat too. it's a safe place, and that should say it all. If you have a child and are getting gas or run a company or are in a rush at all do not bother getting gas here. I live close by... and get gas here often and they never have receipt paper I also called corporate and Mr. Parker's assistant no one called meback Just remember if you're getting gas here plan on walking in, standing in line to get your receipt almost 95% of the time. Stopped in about 7:30 to fill up with over $50 gas. No receipt. Went inside to ask for receipt and was told to get in line... behind 5 other people. I asked again for "just a receipt" and said it wasn't my fault that the gas pump ran out of paper. Thewoman in control said it wasn't her fault that there are five people in line ahead of me. My car was running and I didn't have15 minutes to wait in a line. I said I wouldn't be back again, ever, and she said that was just fine. No apology. This is the best Parkers from HHI to Beaufort. Its clean and has great food. The kitchen manager is awesome ( older gentleman... with glasses ) he is always so nice and has great customer service. Again they have the best food out of all the Parkers I havebeen to. Read more
Terrible customer service first I waited in front of the food case to be served for about 10 minutes with only 1 lady ahead of... me. Secondly I watched her substitute something in her 5.99 fill up meal because they ran out of chicken thighs. When I tried todo the same I was instantly denied. They said they couldn't substitute anything and that was it. No other options or anything tohelp with the minor situation. Needless to say I left there hungry and thirsty and spent my money elsewhere. I will not bereturning to this location. Read more
Trash outside was overflowing, bathrooms were disgusting. The one attendant was too busy on his phone to pay attention to any... customers. Worst Parkers I've ever been to. Read more
