Ordered from here after Dominoes cancelled my order last minute with no reason given. Papa John's was able to fulfill my order... and get it delivered quickly! They saved my kid's birthday party and they all agreed the pizza tasted better than Dominoesanyway. Will definitely be going here again. I appreciated the fast service and predictability! I ordered two different kinds and both came very dry and over cooked. I used to like Papa John?s years ago but the quality is... now. The pizza didn?t even look like pizza. Frozen Kroger pizza looks and tastes much better. I will never order from PapaJohn?s again. Read more
The customer service whats absolutely terrible! We had ordered pizza and it said it was gonna take 2 hours first of all I don?t... care how busy you are 2 hours is absolutely crazy but that?s besides the point! The point is when we got our food everything waswrong the pizza was plane cheese and we ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and we didn?t even get our sides at all!! Thenwhen we called no one answered and we called 8 times in the madder of and a half an hour so we went our selves to get our moneyback which they kept saying ?we can?t give you your money back? and they were very rude either way the point is I will never begoing here again ever!!! Ratings speak for themselves I guess. Very, VERY rude customer service especially from Holly, the Manager. The other staff may... be friendly, but if you can support another Pizza business, please do so! Even smarter as to not order on Doordash, because it?snever ready when it?s supposed to be. This is how my pizza was delivered! Unfortunately, it is not the first time. Tried to call store but can?t get through.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Why? Because the service was nonexistent. I called well before their closing time, and they... refused to serve me because they claimed they couldn?t have the food ?delivered? before 1am. They can cook it, but not deliverit? Once you order , you will starve for waiting on your food to arrive. Terrible service. 2 hours to never have it being delivered... to you. *The pizza is decent tasting. Although, the dough is a little sweet, and everything tastes the same on the veggie pizza.... However, I thought that the Hawaiian pizza was tasty. *Please do not mark delivered on the app if the food was not delivered. I don?t see the point of the technology if it is not being used accurately. This means that the customer has to waste timecalling the store and checking on the food. *Please use stickers to seal the boxes too. People like their food to be secure. Read more
