Reviews for Old Town Dispensary in Bluffton, SC
Great atmosphere for dinner with friends/family. The live music was great, the food was good, but the one ding I would give is... the customer to server ratio. We knew by the look on our server's face as we sat down he was underwater before we ordered ourfirst drink. Trying to get refills (kids or adult beverages) proved difficult and we even resorted into sending the kids insideto get water. Again, waiter was good, just put in a bad spot with shortage on his team. Read more
Excellent find - I chose a caprese burger (no bun, over arugula/spinach instead) with truffle fries, and another in my party had... a huge Greek salad that looked delicious. Food quality and prices were great, mixed drinks were good, and overall atmosphere waswonderful. We will be back. Read more

A delightful, "atmosphere-filled", restored and added on to, piece of Bluffton's heritage. Indoor seating...outdoor "courtyard... with performance stage" seating...deck seating...bar area seating. Each spot has its own plusses. Excellent food at quitereasonable prices. Wait staff is welcoming and came back multiple times just to see if we needed anything. Park the car onCalhoun Street and walk...stop in the shops...but be sure to try the Old Town Dispensary. Read more
Went for a late dinner, dined outside. Great atmosphere with live music, excellent food. Had a top ten Old Fashioned. Will... definitely return when in the area again. Read more
We came for lunch and didn't order any alcohol, so I cannot comment on beverages, but our dining experience was mediocre. The... service was friendly but quite slow. It's hard to tell if this was a fluke, as there was some kind of drama with the staff or acustomer. We ordered the chicken avocado sandwich with truffle fries and fish tacos with coleslaw. The chicken avocado sandwichtasted good, but the portion of chicken was measley. The sandwich had maybe a one-eighth to quarter inch thick cutlet at themost, which was absurd for the $15+ price. The truffle fries were good, but I would probably save the $1 for the upgrade, as itwasn't anything special. The fish tacos were good, but the coleslaw was not great. It was definitely fresh made, which is good, but they added something that gave it an odd flavor that we couldn't put a finger on. Overall, we were underwhelmed for what wepaid. This may be a decent place for a drink, but I'd probably go to one of the many other options in the area for a bite. Read more
It is a great place to unwind and relax. They serve light fare food and a variety of drinks. They also sell their creations by... the bottle. We had excellent service. I can't wait to go back! Read more
