This is the only restaurant in Bluffton that actually still greets customers at the door. I don't care if they were short staff... or how long we waited. Being recognized is a top priority. Food is always great and I have been a returning customer for manyyears as a local. Read more

My wife and are came to Bluffton from Savannah. We visited Firehouse subs (for the first time ever). When she went in there a... gentleman took her order. As my wife ordered the food, the female worker standing next to the cashier says ?oh my $&@$ing god. ?under her breath. Then says ?somebody glove up.? I understand it was later in the evening, but this is unacceptable. I willcertainly not be returning this location again.
