Placed an online order at 6:45pm for delivery. Online tracker showed it was being prepared for over 3 hours. No answer at the... store when I called multiple times. I received a call at 9:12pm from the store asking if I wanted to pick it up because therewas only one delivery driver. Are you kidding me??? You shouldn?t be able to place a delivery order if they don?t have thestaff. This Dominoes store needs to get its act together. I don?t need to here we have staffing issues. You lost my businessbecause you can?t simply turn off the delivery option when ordering. Read more

Riverwalk location. We placed an order online at 845pm Sunday. Went to pick up and guy that was there canceled all orders as he... was going home as he was only one at the store. Could had called us as we were on 278 and now drove back to domino's in blufftonbut live past Riverwalk location. Our phone number was on order. Inconsiderate. Read more
After waiting the standard hour the pizza tracker showed that it was out for delivery before almost immediately changing to... delivered/completed. We waited about 45 minutes to call the store to see what was going on, just in case the driver was just alittle behind. We waited on hold for 30 minutes before reading other peoples previous comments and realizing that the storenever gonna pick up and all we could do is wait.
