I've reviewed other Chick-fil-a restaurants so this is a different location I guess. As I've said before, Chick-fil-a is one of... the better fast food restaurants - great food, great service - which explains why they're always so dang busy! ???? When I wantsomething quick and easy, Chick-fil-a is my go-to place. I've been to my local one so many times, they've invited me to tourtheir headquarters (I assume) somewhere near Atlanta, Georgia. My only complaint is how busy the drive-thru often is - but theydo their best to make the line go quick. Took quite long to get an order for 3 out to our table. Several other tables were looking around too. Was not very busy inside... or drive thru either. Food was cold when it came out. Refills took too long vs normal CFA wait times, lots of employees standingaround in the drive thru cubby area. Floors were very slippery/greasy. Not run like any CFA I have ever been to. Read more
Chick-fil-a in general is one of my favorite "fast food" establishments and this particular location is no exception. The owners... at this location have been here a long time and really focus on customer service. The food is fresh, the service is fast andfriendly, and the inside is always clean. I always heard the line is long but it goes quick.... not at this location the day I went. Was in line 20 minutes.. fries were... cold when I got them... I was not impressed. I always hear such good things but I was disappointed. It won't be in my top 10places to grab a bite to eat at. Read more
WORST chick fila I have ever been to. I?m writing this review as I?m standing inside in disbelief. All tables are dirty, floors... are covered in trash and food. Despite all of this we ordered food anyway, our order was wrong. My daughter ordered 5 piecenuggets. Got 2 strips instead. We took it back to get it corrected and we were told that those are chicken nuggets! Staff mainlyconsists of teenagers. Perhaps that?s the reason for this mess. They are not supervised to do better. Right now condimentsstations are empty and 4-5 employees are standing around chatting. Tables are greasy, dirty, left with crumbs. ALL tables!! AndBathrooms let?s not even mention the bathrooms!!!! Below are just some small examples. I didn?t want to go around just takingpics of the whole place. Entrance door is disgusting dirty. Hasn?t been cleaned in a while. Really need to do something with this parking lot. I was told to wait on my order in the parking lot after using express lane.... Do you know how long it takes to get OUT of the drive thru when you are in it? To try and get back in that lot? No thanks.Cancelled and left. Read more
