Call before you go! It?s 5:15 on Saturday and hours on their window say they are open until 9:00 and google says 7:00 but we got... there and they were completely closed with NO sign. Everything was already cleaned up and put away so we could tell they wereclosed. This business needs to put a sign up or change their online hours. Read more
I hate to give 2 stars bc the cashier was so kind & friendly, and I usually love Auntie Anne?s pretzels. We spent $47 (!!!!)... dollars on pretzels & drinks for 4 people, and most of the food was not good. They were out of mini-dogs, so we got 2 pretzeldogs? the hotdogs were over cooked, and the pretzels tasted stale. The pretzel bites didn?t taste fresh? they were lukewarm &really dry. Store doesn't honor prices as advertised. We ordered a number 1 that said it came with sauce and drink the soda machine was... broken so she was going to charge us $3 for a lemonade and charged an extra $1 for the dipping sauce that was supposed to comewith it and when we questioned her on our now $12 total she said she had to ring up everything separately the price was what itwas and she was not going to argue with us either we wanted it or we didn't so sadly I will not be frequenting this place againcustomer service is apparently a thing of the past so sad Read more
Cinnamon/Sugar Pretzel Nuggets were very good. Dining area could have been cleaner. There was Pretzel Salt all over the Tables &... Chairs. Not busy while we were there. 1 of 2 clerks could have cleaned them. Read more
Highly recommend the pretzel dog! Its delicious warm and definitely worth the wait! The staff is very nice and quickly help you... get what you need to satisfy a quick bite! The prices are very fair, and the all pretzels here are extremely tasty! Read more
Overly burnt. Cant even enjoy the taste of the pretzel because all you taste is an overpowering burnt taste. Asked the employee... why is she burning them, her response was, ?because if I don?t, it makes the dough weird.? This place definitely gives auntieanne?s a bad name. An epic fail! Read more
I experienced what can only be categorized as horrible customer service on Sunday October 1st between 1:30pm and 2:30 pm. I... approached the window and asked for the special, two pretzels for 5.00. The "manager" proceeded to inform me in a very rudetone that my total was $6.78. When I questioned the young gentleman regarding how he arrived at this amount, he stated, and Iquote, "I don't really care if you get the pretzels or not". I then asked him if the special was 5.00, how can the the total be$6.78? I understand the tax rate is a little different from where I live, but how can the tax be $6.78? I asked him to get theyoung lady behind him to look at my transaction and he stated..." I am the manager." It was at this point, I left. I called 2days later and asked the owner to give me a a call. It has now been two weeks and I have not gotten a response. I would likefor the owner to call me, or send me an email. There is no excuse for any customer, any where to be treated in this manner.
