It was fine. Probably more like 3.5 stars. Food was fine, nothing to get excited about. Service was good, restaurant was clean.... But for $10+ a person I could go to a local joint, spend a little more and get a much higher quality meal. Read more
I?m a native Texan who recently moved to St. Louis, Missouri and drove the 3 1/2 hours just to get Whataburger. Very much... enjoyed my experience here. I usually get the Avocado Bacon Burger with Spicy Ketchup on the side! Read more
Terrible service and food was cold and gross, waited 22 min in line (inside) two people in front of us, then took another 15 to... get our food, first were cold and our burger were slopped together , I added jalapenos and they one put one piece. I asked themanager for dipping sauce for him to rudley say I should have ordered it with my food , and that if I want some they cost moneyand I need to get back in line (mind you the line is out the door now), every Neal at the table was thrown together and cold, soI don't understand why it took so long to even get it. Definitely will not be going back anytime soon, which is sad because thetime before this was amazing and the food was delicious..... just goes to show poor leadership gets poor performance. Read more
Disappointed! First time visit and I didn't get any ketchup. I took my order in line before I could even see a menu. They... handed me a small one to look at. I didn't realize French fries don't come with ketchup, nor did they ask. I give it a 3 becausethe hamburger was good, but the fries were lukewarm, and chewy. Not sure I understand all the hype. I've heard good and bad things, so I wanted to try it again for myself. I didn't have to wait to long at 11:45 (about 15... minutes) and it was really good. Look at the size of that burger and I got the regular Whataburger!! Read more
From Texas comes an experience for Kansas Citians, the classic Whataburger restaurant. I stopped in on 06/02/22 to enjoy a... Whataburger meal like I hadn't had since 2016. Service was outstanding as they took my order for a Jalapeño and cheesehamburger with onion rings and Diet Dr Pepper. My order was rung up quickly, and I was given a table tent with my order number,and sent to have a seat. The place was clean, with staff circulating to spiff the place up, and they were doing a boomingbusiness, but not terribly packed. I sat down and took a pic to post to my Time line, for this auspicious moment. The flavor ofthe drink was good, on par with what I'd find in Texas. A server brought me my food in short order, wrapped in the classic paperwrapper and sleeve, with a tall container of fresh, hot onion rings. They bring packs of condiments and napkins to your table,and will quickly fetch something extra, if needed. The burger tasted like home. Pickles, mustard, lettuce, onions, and tomatoeson a good bun, with jalapeños in the mix. Good bite, with a bit of sweat induced by the pickled peppers. The onion rings werehot and crispy, with that flavor you can grow to love. Glad I chose them! It was a fun experience, and I'm looking forward tomore visits. Read more

First time going to a Whataburger, place was friendly staff. When I was there they had an incorrect order for a guy and when... they remade it it was wrong again until then 3rd time. Guy was still fine with it since everyone cooperated. As for myexperience everything went well. Food was good, if I am in the area again sometime it will definitely be on the list of placesto potentially revisit. I do wish the cheese wasn't a separate charger though. Read more
