Food is fresh and tasty. Server's very pleasant and helpful.
Won?t be coming back here ever again. They try to force ?tipping? on you. I?m not paying extra for someone to do their job,... that?s the job of the business owner. I started only doing drive-thru because they didn?t request a tip there, now they do. Irefuse to visit any fast food establishment asking for tips at the register. Pay your employees better if you can?t get anyoneto work for you without forcing tips onto customers on top of already inflated prices. Read more

I always have a good experience at this subway. The guy who makes my sandwiches is always super friendly and does a great job.
I've been having such great sandwiches from this Woods Chapel Subway, I decided to post a review. Took an opportunity to speak... with Jennifer at the drive-through window to compliment how good the sandwiches are of late, esp. when she was there (I thinkshe is the manager) and she explained to me she holds herself and the staff to high standards for making a sandwich even betterthan customers would have at home! The drive thru is so fast! At first I thought they gave me the wrong order because I literally just submitted my order a few... seconds ago, but no! Everything was correct and they had it ready for me by the time I pulled up to the window! Amazing andsuper friendly! Read more
Had a door dash delivery from here and they were missing a 12 inch sub, when I called up the store to speak with someone to get... help I spoke to an incredibly rude person named Ian, but who knows. When I spoke to him he acted like he couldn't hear a word Iwas saying and to speak up. However when I asked his name, without "speaking up" he heard me clear as day. Steer clear from thislocation, this is the second time I've dealt with rude service from this location. The food here isnt worth the terriblecustomer service and the way they treat customers.
