IHop is my favorite breakfast place. Best pancakes, hands down. No cinnamon rolls, though, which they need to rectify. The... staff is always on it (we got there today during a rush for the $5 2-2-2 deal, and our waitress got us in and out in veryreasonable time). This location could use more parking, so don't give up if the parking lot is pretty full. Read more
I've been here probably 3 times, never by choice. I always get stuck with someone with an attitude or the food tastes off.... Today, I went in to order takeout for my mom. I tried to order something they had advertised on their outside window. The persontaking my order had no idea what I was talking about, kept looking at the menu and seemed exasperated with me. I just left. Oh,and, it's not super appealing when the person greeting you has their shirt unbuttoned, chest hair showing as well as theirapparent heart surgery scar. Read more
I've lived in Blue Springs forever...this is my first time. I'm surprised ???? this is a great diner. My waitress Asia was... polite and genuinely took time to answer questions and was very personable. I do a lot of reviews restaurants and I'm veryparticular about diners. The ihop on Adam's dairy is clean friendly and the workers seem like they actually want to be herewhich makes a huge difference. Read more
Seating was quick, bypassing all seats up front and by windows to sit in the back. Once seated, no one acknowledged our group... for quite awhile, until we requested assistance from another member of the staff. Although this was not her area this membertook an interest and made herself available and took care of us (we never seen the hostess who was supposed to be responsiblefor our table.) Her efforts turned the tables of what was to be an unpleasant visit to one more tolerant. We hadn?t been to this ihop in a couple of years after having had issues in the past. I?m so glad we decided to try it again.... Reggie the manager took such great care of us, got our order substitutions filled perfectly, and our food was out quickly and itwas delicious! Wonderful experience and we will be back! Thanks Reggie! We went on a Sunday morning around 11 and they were very busy. Our waitress was awesome. Food was hot and tasty, same with the... coffee. They had a neat Halloween menu with various speciality pancakes. Pumpkin pancakes were delicious! Read more
