My husband and I ate lunch after church at the Arby's in Blue Springs Missouri about two weeks ago. The drive thru was backed... up so we decided to go inside. The lobby was full, but we chose to wait it out. While standing there I noticed how the younglady behind the register was handling the stress of the lobby full...with a smile. The entire time. She might have beenstressed to the max on the inside, but outward appearance was all smiles. This is what more places need. People who care abouttheir job and smile even in the midst of chaos. Here's a tip for food service workers: when a part of an order is going to take extra time to cook, don't keep the hot food... that's been made and put on the tray behind the counter where it can sit for 5+ minutes and get cold. And when someone asks forthe hot sandwiches, don't give them a look like they're confusing and odd for not wanting to eat a room temp lunch. Read more
These guys did a great job today. Shout out to the great lady at the drive-thru who gave us a coupon just because she felt like... had to wait too long (and honestly, for lunch, it wasn't that bad) Then she kept us company while we waited. Great Experience.Order was spot on, and everything tasted great. Even marked the "no onions" sandwich for us. They got me to try the cheese dip,which is awesome for fries. Read more
Delicious fresh sandwiches and wraps. Classic roast beef and cheddar. And right now the amazing limited time orange cream shake.
So tired of ordering on line with restaurants and all the issues so went into this Arbys. Ordered a double beef and cheese meal,... gyro only with no onion, and a second drink. Easy - right? Wrong. Gyro had onion and there was a second double beef and cheesesandwich in the bag. Total price seemed high and that explains it with the extra sandwich. Can?t even get a correct order bywalking in. Arby's is Arby's. It's the same thing for years and they absolutely refuse to do anything vegetarian so I cannot give them a 5... star. *Although hear me! I think Arby's could come up with a really cool veggie line!! This isn't this locations faultobviously haha ...but my husband likes to get lunch here every now and again and he's always satisfied when I bring it home tohim; never anything missing or old fries or something weird. So, my roomie and I just ordered Arby's and within 20 min it was delivered. So, we get our meals and they don't look fresh at... all, it's not or or anything and it looks thrown together. I called the manager and she tried to argue with me but I'm trying totell her that it's not possible for this to be looking like that especially with the timeframe.
