We stopped in to eat on a Saturday morning, traveling from out of town. The service was exceptional from all the employees. They... had a lot of staff working and they deserve a pat on the back. Typically when I visit a Waffle House the impression I get fromthe employees is they are miserable but this team took pride and worked as a team. I would go back anytime! Visiting Blue Ridge for a baseball tournament. Late tournament means late dinner and Waffle House is always a go to. Walked... inside to 3 employees working which is fine, only 4 people seated at tables and all other areas dirty so we sat at the bar. Themanager was counting money for 30 mins instead of cleaning tables and even acknowledged they were dirty. The waitress neveracknowledged we sat down at the bar. As we walked out I mentioned to the manager that the service needed some work and heapologized. 3 families walked out behind us. We sat there for close to 40 mins with not even a hello or I?ll be right with you. Read more
I recent visited this waffle house with my children. Food was okay and service was fine. My one complaint is that they charged... my card over $30 more than what the balance was. I won't be returning here again and will be placing a complaint with corporate. Read more
Friendly, Fast service to go. Most of the All Stars we had was fair. However, there was a very dirty waffle included as well.... Why would you serve this? Didn?t see it until we got home. Read more
Great service. Food wasn't that amazing. I tried a melt. Which was godsend. Best one I've ever had. However, my dad ordered a T... steak which was surprisingly bad, according to him. I tried it and was not at all amused by it, but I didn't think it was bad.However, their hash browns seem to be made without effort nor care regarding their flavor. They're a little bland. Overall Iwould definitely recommend Waffle House to anyone who can appreciate a good breakfast meal. Read more
Some people turn their nose up at waffle house but I am a huge fan. For over two decades they have not raise their pricing and... the food quality is equally as good. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. And I?m always a fan of where I can seethe food being prepared. Read more
The food was great and had to wait on the table to be cleaned off. They are short staffed so the waitresses are pulling doubles... and doing their best. Our waitress was very tired and didn't smile til I started talking to her and cheered her up! Needless tosay she got a big tip and kept up with our drink refills! Read more
