Food was delicious and hot upon arrival. Delivery guy was absolutely the right guy for the job! He was so polite and well... spoken. You don't see many young people that work in the restaurant business front of house or back of house that have theskills that this guy possesses. Ordered our pizzas online wanted the curbside contact less service because my wife has a bad knee, she clicked the I'm here on... my email like it says to do and nothing. My wife calls and a worker with our order in her arms looks outside at my wife andturns around and disappears. My wife with her bad knee has to walk in to get our pizzas. Why offer a service when your not goingto do it? Read more
In the last two years that I have lived here, this Pizza Hut has only made one mistake. Generally, the place is clean, friendly,... and the food is hot and on time. I used to go to a lot of Pizza hut's back in Minnesota, and I've never had a really badexperience there. When I moved here it seemed to be pretty consistent. We were there last Friday night. Restaurant was fairly busy with mostly one waitress and she was working in high gear. Very... nice and very good at her job. We expect to wait 30+ minutes on our pizza and we got it in 10 to 11 minutes. And the pizza wasdelicious ???? Read more
Holy moley if I could give this place negative stars I would. Went there last week at 630 pm looking to grab a quick bite. Was... told it would be 20 min wait. Lobby was completely full so we waited outside. 45 min go by and I check and the ?manager? isinsanely rude and said he had no idea when we would be seated. I go inside and there?s 3 tables total with people. That?s all.Maybe 8 people total. They said they had 2 servers for 3 tables. Unreal. So beyond mismanaged. People waiting to pick up theirto go orders expressed their same issue and we just left after an hour and 15 min to go to the stupendous Waffle House. Shouldof just went hungry this night. Read more
Wonderful Pizza Hut! I use the app most of the time and order a light sauce, light cheese, thin crust, and double pepperoni ran... through twice. I also get other things but that is my pickiest item. 9 out of 10 times my order comes out perfect. I usually getmy order delivered ( I do not like the delivery charge that does not go to the driver). Delivery is fast and always friendly!Just remember to tip your delivery driver, they are not responsible for food being made incorrectly. Read more
I called Pizza Hut and the call center transferred me to Pizza Hut store number 105 in blue ridge. They hung up on my 5 times... every time I said my name. I don?t know why they did that to me. Then I had to drive all the way to Pizza Hut and asked them whydid they hung up on me? They have no answer to that. I told them that I paid for extra onion and two marina sauces. And thatthey forgot to do that. They said the onion is extra already. But it?s not true. I?m going to call the corporation numbertomorrow. I ordered Pizza Hut every month and now I will never order there anymore. Read more
