Today was our first time at Average Joe's. We were not disappointed. We had breakfast. Very, very good food. Pancakes were out... of this world and the coffee was great! I also had some cabbage and ham soup to go. Delicious!! Nice friendly environment andour waitress was sweet. I highly recommend Average Joe's. Read more

Two thumbs up!! Visiting Blue Earth from out of town, I'm glad we chose Average Joe's for lunch! The chicken caesar salad was... delicious and the traditional wings (buffalo & garlic parmesan) were full of flavor! Will most definitely visit again!!???????????????? Read more
called to place an order for pick up. lady didn't give a time estimate or price, just said that they'd call when it was ready?... waited for over an hour and finally decided to call them. same lady answered when i called back, told me our food had been readyfor over 45 minutes and she must've taken our phone number down wrong. i work in customer service, totally understand thatmistakes happen!! i'm just baffled that she didn't even apologize, offer to have the food remade, or anything at all. just saidthat it was still warm because it had been sitting under the heater the whole time so we could still come and get it. entiresituation could've been avoided if she'd just given a time estimate for pick up, like every other place would have done. also,kindness and understanding how customers should be treated is easy and goes a long way. do better.
