I went there at 8:30 to get a sandwich the guy says they are closed which is a half hour early and the excuse is a shortage of... bread ? I was born at night but not last night mind you I drove 20 minutes to this place for nothing and I know they had breadback there. Bad business. Read more
Ordered here almost every Sunday for the past 8 months and a few weeks ago they brought me the wrong order. No big deal I call... (took a bit to get someone to answer)they say they are sorry and they will have the manager refund my money. A few days go by Isee no refund so I stop in and they call the manager and take the order number and my number! No response! I understand mistakesand wasn?t upset about it, but the lack of taking responsibility and the way the handled it is enough for me not to go back! Placed an online order on Saturday to be picked up at 11:25. When we got there, the employee verified our name. Didn?t receive... our sandwiches until 12:10. No apology for the delay. Not even sure why there was a delay this long for an order placed an hourin advance. $100 dollars and late to where we needed to be. Subway would?ve been a better option. Very disappointing.
