How do you renovate a restaurant, but still have the same poor service? This is one of the slowest Dunkin?s I have ever been... to. Nobody has time to wait 10-15 minute for items ordered ahead. I drive a shuttle for UC. Had 15 minutes to grab lunch. Parked bus at the curb, put on my hazards, ran inside, ordered the pesto... grilled cheese, added egg and bacon and a large Carmel latte with 2 espresso shots cuz I was dragging A$$ with light ice. Update, they closed and reopened after construction and their prices are higher - expected. But what is not okay is that the... coffees are always cold and only half full the 3 or 4 times I've gone since. Nothing is hot and a half a cup of coffee shouldn'tbe 5 bucks! I'm really sad they aren't good like they used to be. I gave a few tries and every time it's been like this sincethey reopened. ------------?-------------------------------------- It's hit or miss on this location. I've had amazingexperiences and horrible ones. Lately they're all bad. I don't know who the guy at the window is in the A.M now but he is sorude. He won't hand your drink to you he stares at you and does not speak or gesture and he has an incredible attitude. The foodhas tasted freezer burnt and the drinks have been poor. I miss the old dunkin! The staff are o.k. the breakfast food used to begood but now i rather buy my breakfast sandwhiches in bulk at the store.
