I walked in Arby?s after waiting a long time without service at Hardee?s in Blountville. They staff immediately waited on me... and were able to accommodate my food allergies. Mediocre food. We went thru the drive thru so I can?t say much about the staff or cleanliness. They were quick and nice enough... in the short time we interacted with staff. The new Reese?s cookies are eh. Honestly would not pay $2 for another one again. Butthat?s just me. Read more

Love their food but good lord at the prices. For 3 people to eat the price was $30.16 and we didn't even order drinks so really... it would have been more like $40. I know inflation this and inflation that but this is ridiculous. Read more
The customer service was a little bit sad but the food was awesome, as always. I am new to this Arby's and would like to see... more friendly faces. Arby's is not my favorite fast food restaurant. I like it pretty well, but my wife loves it. We do not live near this... restaurant. It is about a hundred miles from our home. Yet because of our routine travels to the Barter Theater and theoccasional visit to Bristol Motor Speedway, I have ate at this location several times, especially recently. It is very wellmanaged and the staff is all professional and courteous. The food has always been hot and fresh when we've ate there. As far asArby's and fast food goes, I can recommend this location.
