1star is too high. WORST Burger King. i went inside 10-31-22 at 8:15 pm. didn?t get my order until 9:00 pm and only because... my husband came in to check on me, because it was taking soooo long. The Manager came out when my husband came in and he has aloud voice. While waiting for my order (just 3 cheeseburgers and 2 french fries), i noticed on the floor behind counter therewere napkins on floor, french fries everywhere and plastic bags on the floor. I asked the girl taking orders why the kitchen wasso dirty, her explanation was, it was clean and then we got busy. I told her i?ve worked food service for over 20 years and ifmy kitchen looked like this, someone would be in trouble. If i were the health department, I?d have closed down this store. She raised her hands and walked out of the kitchen. This burger king UNDERSTAFFED, bad attitudes and dirty kitchen. Maybe after 9:00 pm, close inside of store just have drive thru open and get rid of bad attitudes. Manager was helpful but associateswith bad attitude, gotta go. Read more

Food was not fresh, buns were soggy and meat looked old. Soda machines were out of several drinks in the back and did not work... in the front. No ketchup, no garbage bag in can and seats are tore up. No toilet paper in bathroom. Also, $28 for twomeals.....couldn't eat one of them Read more

This BK is awful. I asked for a double ham and bacon croissanwich and they gave me what amounted to 1 and a half pieces of bacon... and one small slice of ham and it was cold. How you can be this bad at making food is beyond my comprehension. When I asked thelady at the register she didn't do anything to make it right. Never going here again???? Read more

They completely messed up my family's order and as my husband was getting our order fixed 4 other people came up saying their... order was wrong. Heard one of the workers tell a customer sorry it's been a busy day. That's no excuse to mess up every orderyou have had in the last 10 minutes. And almost every table in the establishment is dirty. I know they are understaffed. But the last few times I have been in there, it's been bad. The restaurant is not clean. The time... before last that I went in there the place was just dirty. There wasn't any soap in the women's bathroom. The drink machine andthat area was gross. So fast forward....the other day I went through the drive thru. I was in a hurry and forgot that myprevious thoughts were to not go back again. I won't make that mistake again. I went through the drive-thru. I ordered the newyour way $5 southwest meal. I had a coupon for chicken fries. I paid for my food and left. Got down the road and noticed that mychicken nuggets that came with the meal were not in the bag so I turned around to go back. The fries tasted old. Went throughthe drive-thru to get the chicken nuggets and was told oh we don't have any, we are out. They never said they were out when Iwas ordering. They didn't offer to do something to fix my order since they didn't tell me they were out of it and it was paidfor anyways. So I just left. And decided I wouldn't be back. Got down the road and was eating the other food. The chicken frieswere old just like the fries. They should have at least still been warm. The burger was cold and also didn't have any cheese onit like it's advertised. Overall the food was a waste of money. Not to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant the lastcouple of times I have went there. Not anymore, I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever seen. Nasty is putting it mildly. Trash and food on the floors. The trash cans... were full. And as we walked in, the girls working were sitting out front drinking a drink and just continued to sit there forawhile. Then got up but left their trash on the table. We were the only ones in there and placed our order and when we finallygot our food it was cold. The cook was great it was the other workers. They just left our food sitting while they were talkingand making smart remarks about the people at the drive through. (Vulgar language at that). The restroom was so dirty you didn?twant to use it. NEVER NEVER will I stop there again. If a health inspector had come through, this place would be shut downinstantly. Disgustin! Read more

2 days ago stopped for breakfast while on a road trip. Sausage was over cooked & pretty black. I threw away & ate the biscuit.... Bathroom was really dirty also. Won?t be going back Read more

The experience that we just went through at this location was terrible. We stopped and ordered a 2 for $10 chicken fries meal... and a kids meal. The total ended up being around $16. We arrive at the window and she says $16, we asked to do Apple Pay and herreply was ?what do I with this?? As she turns to her coworker. The coworker comes over and does it for her. The first lady handsus back the phone and then gives us a diet soda. We said we never ordered a diet soda. She replies ?it says diet soda.? Then werepeat and say, that we ordered a sweet tea and sprite. She gives us one drink and then shuts the window. We sat at the windowfor about 10 minutes with her back turned. She then hands us a bag and we say the order we paid for is not ours. Her reply ?itjust printed the wrong receipt. It was the right one?. I asked how if you said our order was $16 and you charged us $22something. The other coworker comes back to the window and sees the mistake and says that she has to have her manager fix it. Atthis time, we still haven?t received the correct drinks that we ordered. The manager does come and refund the amount and correctit. The manager notices we still do not have our drinks and asks them to prepare them. Then the fries we received look as ifthey were covered in old pieces of the grease. I completely understand if you have new employees and they have to be trained,however the attitude and the poor customer service is unacceptable. If I was not pressed for time, I would have just canceledthe order completely and took my business elsewhere. Read more
