The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant wasn't very busy which was nice. The restaurant was somewhat dirty, the order... was completely screwed up, and items were forgotten. When notified of the issues the staff was apologetic and quick to correctthe issues. Read more
If i could give no stars i would, EVERYTIME i come to this wendy?s they have HORRIBLE customer service, my food is ALWAYS wrong... and their always rushing you to order instead of just letting u finish ordering . You ask for anything at the window BECAUSETHEY DIDN'T put it in the bag when i asked the first time at the intercom ..they roll there eyes or breath loudly letting meknow i?m aggravating them by asking for something that should?ve already been in the bag. i know it doesn?t matter to do themhow they treat customers but it matters.. nobody wants to go get food at a place with employees so rude and nasty because itmakes you not even trust them with making your food. They have the best chili and lemonade ! I only rated two stars because the employees often short you if you are paying cash and... I have heard of employees writing down card #?s. If you have cash and get the receipt then you will be fine :) Read more
