I have been waiting a while to try this place.. all excited finally made it today about 2pm And nothing but disappointment... should of known when it was the only restaurant with few people.. ordered the diamond rose, sugar factory Rainbow sliders,loaded skinny fries, strawberry cheese cake milkshake. Well let's start out with asked for water and waited . No water. Mydiamond rose came out. And it was not what I ordered and then was told they were out of most those ingredients but was nevertold that when ordering it. And the presentation was basic.. not the big fog bang I was told about. Then the loaded skinny friescame out, I have no complaints on them. Best part of my meal. Then the sugar factory Rainbow sliders come out. They were dry andtasted like they sat out for a while before receiving them.. and again as the picture shows it comes with a duck. Shocker didnot come with one. They did not have any, but was never told this while ordering. Finally received my water. Ate most the foodbut just could not finish it. Even with 2 people. I would like to be able to comment on the strawberry cheese cake milkshake butnever received it.. as I was talking to my daughter about not getting it yet. Another table came up and started complaining thatthey never received the blue cookie monster milkshake, and they person who she was talking to said they ran out of all thoseingredients as well. But never told them that when they ordered nor the hole time that table sat there eating.. so for this Ijust told them not to worry about getting him as I did not want to wait any longer. Paid and left. A few hours later noticed mycard was never given back to me.. tried calling about 15 times with no answer. So I sent my daughter for an hour drive one wayto get my card. On arrival she talked to the staff and they gave her someone else card. And she told them this is not thecorrect card. Then then gave her my card. No identification was even verified. The atmosphere was fun. It was pretty spendy. About $150 for five people plus a tip. Dessert wasn't as good as I hoped, but my... burger was actually really good. Fries aren't included fyi. Our waiter never refilled my water the entire time - that sucked andthen I'd forget to ask him when he came over to our table. We wouldn't make a special trip to go again, but we would notcomplain if someone wanted to go. Read more

WOW! Just... Wow! But seriously, get ready to spend some money. This place is everything it appears to be from the outside... looking in. The neon lights and rose clad walls draw you in, but the food keeps you on the hook. More than just a restaurant ora place to grab a drink... this is an experience. The bar boasts an old time diner/malt shoppe feel with a modern makeover, avery appropriate feature for its namesake. Did I mention drinks? Make that "drink" because one is about the size of your head,so plan on getting druuuuunk. While the food menu might not be as plentiful as their drink menu, it's every bit as impressive asthe overall experience. What I would consider, classic American cuisine. You could be waiting a while for a table, but if youcan be seated in the attraction seating, expect some amazing moments for the gram! Came around 9pm on Saturday with no reservation and was able to get a seat but at the bar area (only down fall). All of the food... was sooo good. The drinks tasted good and looked so cool. Celebrated my daughter’s birthday last night. The restaurant is clean and has a fun vibe right when ya walk in. Such a fun... place for the adults and the kids. Our waitress Jessica was attentive and situated our party of 14 well! Someone heard we werethere for a birthday and the lights went out, a special announcement was made and the music started to play while the King Kongdessert was sent to our table. Made reservations online, arrived 30 minutes early and got seated immediately. Waitress was sweet and brought waters. ... Obviously the prices were insane, but it was a fun treat to celebrate birthdays. The food was delicious. I wasn't superimpressed with the fries, but the burgers were good. The drinks were yummy too. During my first visit I had a server that gave our table little attention, received our food and drinks after waiting nearly 40... to 60 minutes and had another server step in to take care of the table after our initial server failed to produce qualityservice. The food and drinks were great the service and wait times had left such an impression on me I did not think was worthcoming back to. I wrote a honest and fair review which originally 2/5 stars until I heard from management. I am updating thereview with great marks. Solid 5/5. The management paid close attention to my experience and offered a reservation within theweek. During our second visit, our server Alyssa took showed great care, attitude and suggestions to our experience. It was dayand night from our last visit, we actually got a water pitcher on our table, drinks on the table in minutes and food within 10to 15 minutes. We were finished within the hour of arriving vs the two an half hours we waited the first time. Thisestablishment clearly cares for their customers experience and made things right. The staff is what makes this place special. I was not overly impressed with the food for the price. If I wanted to pay $40+ for... a steak I will just go to a steakhouse. The hostess was very nice and got us seated as walk-in table right away. I heard themsinging happy birthday about 4 times while I was dining there and each time they sang with lots of enthusiasm. Our waiter Joshuawas very accommodating and suggested good food/drink items on the menu. He was a super nice guy and his manager was very nice aswell. We had a hair in the food and she took care of it right away and brought us a new fresh pasta. We also experiencedexcellent service from Aundrea who bussed our table, and brought us anything extra we were needing. Overall the staff made mybirthday a wonderful experience, I would return for drinks and vibes from the staff. Read more
