The employee working was not welcoming, rushed his customers, made us feel dumb, alot of snide Remarks towards customers. I... travel alot to Minnesota alot of times late so this is my only go to but after this visit I'd rather go hungry. This employeewas unprofessional and needs customers service classes. At 4:00 pm 11/16/22, I had a very rude experience with the server. I asked after my subway order which the online order messed... up. I was taken aback by him snapping and saying "that's not my problem". I was going to place an order to replace the one theapp had made but after that rude service I decided to go elsewhere. Read more
There was one lone worker, whom didn't seem overly busy, being he was telling customers as they walked through the door "cash... only"! Seemed their credit card machine was broken, therefore wasn't able to use my $20 gift card. On top of that, the loneworker was stoned out of his mind! I left two stars as he was at least there??? Poor service. Mike in the last picture is the guy working nights that at least five other reviewers are complaining about. Not... my favorite subway location by far. Located in a sketchy area. Most of their business comes from the local apartments. A lotof folks in this area take the bus and have few transportation or dinning options. Read more
Bad service! Had to wait for someone to get up from the table from eating to wait on me. Everything I needed was empty like... straws etc. I was the only person in the restaurant and still had to wait. The server didn't talk to me the whole time. Evenwhen it came time to pay he just looked at me and didn't say anything. Need new employees. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. We came into a empty store & were ignored. When I asked who was going to help us, we were... greeted with hostile energies. Was visiting Minneapolis for few days. Dropped in to have a quick breakfast here with family. Not such a huge or a pleasant... place. Location was good. The staff member was not among the one with the best attitude. She was grumpy as if she did not likeus being there. They had run out of Italian Herb & Cheese bread, which was what we always prefer. Great experience. Was looking for late night food on Thanksgiving. This location was open. Excellent customer service.
