Whomever owns this franchise should feel ashamed. They have abysmal service. The best items are now missing from menu. In... general, this place now just has bad food. They have incredibly shrinking chicken and poor quality sides. The slaw istasteless and barely edible. The staff is rude. The last two orders I've gotten there have been wrong. Their food has lost anyform of quality or tastiness. I am never going back. I am sick of the rip-off that is fried chicken from Popeyes. Sorry, notsorry. You deserve to close your doors. Read more

With several visits in the past 3 months. I usually order family meals for my family. This location does not fill the sides to... the top, when asked why, the worker said it's just the most they fill them- My sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and redbeans and rice. Also, the spicy chicken taste like the original. Very little spicy. The biscuits are dry with very little butteron the top. I asked for a small cup of water and the worker attempted to charge me the same price as a bottle water, when askedwhy, he said there both the same price to cover the charge for the cup. I just can't believe I was being charged close to $2.00for one small tap water when I just ordered a family bundle meal. Don?t ever order through a delivery service. They only give you biscuits that are bricks and hide the burnt chicken under a... layer of chicken that is barely fried. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese for the sides were not work the $40. Read more

This hurts me leaving this review. I don't like doing 1 star reviews, but man... this was probably the worst fast food quality... I've had in years. I got the original chicken sandwich, which is my go too here, and that sandwich had to of been sitting therefor a very long time. The mayo was gone/absorbed into the chicken breading, and bun, even with the bun being mayo soaked it wasstill hard/stale, the mayo that was still visible on the sandwich was see through and gelatin looking, and the 2 pickles wereboth butt slices of pickle. I've eaten here multiple times, always had hot fresh food, but idk what was going on today. Verydisappointing. Probably won't go back for some time. Read more

We ordered a 10 piece online and picked up at drive-through. Got home to find only 8 pieces of chicken. Called and got no... answer. Wife drove back over to get the rest of our chicken. Customer service is a joke. Nothing is taken seriously. If they make a mistake trust and believe they will not make it better... you are stuck with what you got. And the shrimp is very spicy ordered for our four year old it?s what he wanted and he can?tpossibly eat them. They are so hot. Manager says ALL shrimp is made Cajun. Definitely doesn?t say this on the menu. Try tellinghim this? might as well go talk to a tree. I don?t know how this place is still Open. Popeyes is so good! Especially their spicy chicken sandwich. It's probably the best spicy chicken sandwich out there. That's... really all I go there for. Whatever it is they do to their chicken or is in the sauce the spicy sauce they got it down.Chick-fil-A is good, but I think Popeyes probably has'em beat!
