Ordered the Detroit-style online. Went to pick up my order and saw there were people standing around, but no one acknowledged me... standing at the counter. Eventually a driver came in, chatted with the others in back, and then came up and asked what I needed.My pizza, please. Pizza was absolutely flooded with sauce to the point I couldn't tell if there were toppings/cheese underneathit. Probably enough for 5 pizzas on it at least. I ended up scraping 3/4 of it off and it was still more than sufficientlysauced. It was also really poorly cut, with a couple slices being 3x the size of the others. Delivery guy showed up and hour late and came to the door to tell me my pizza "slid" in his car, and he had to take it back?... Finally got through to the store to speak with someone and the boy who answered was incompetent. Never got my pizza. Read more
This is a great pizza hut. it never disapoints my kids. Fast delivery, made exactly to order-never a mess up, friendly delivery... people. Never have I had a problem with this pizza hut. Read more
It?s quick service, down side is only one person was wearing gloves! Seen them touched the veggies and pizza dough with their... bare hands , gross. I hope they at least washed their hands if they gonna be touching without gloves. Read more
Those people who complained should keep their opinions to themselves not all pizza hut are bad they don't even live in Minnesota... the ones who complain I tell you I always get good food and service from this location and if something is wrong they will fixit for me right away never had a bad experience in a long time from them so if you don't have something nice to say about themdon't say anything at all it's you who have the problem not the company Read more

Poor customer service, called about a pizza that wasn't prepared properly and couldn't get an answer at store level. Called... customer service an a woman kept me on the phone asking questions for nearly 45 minutes. She said a manager would call me withina week. After three weeks no call at all. I LOVE pepperoni pan pizza with extra pepperoni! It satisfies that shark week cravings!!! The wings were delicious! I wasn't a... fan of Buffalo chicken melt sandwich definitely needed extra buffalo sauce....mmmm that saucey sauce! Delicious!
